To change your training schedule, go to Menu > My Profile > My Schedule . You can directly modify the number of sessions and modify the days on which you can run .
To change your experience, go to Menu > My Profile > My Experience . You can directly modify Your running experience , Your weekly mileage , Your approximate pace on jogging and Your other sports activities per week.
To request a new password, please click on Already registered? > Add an account > Forgot password? then input the e-mail linked to your account.
A reset password link will be delivered to this e-mail adress.

Error 206 sometimes occurs to users failing create their profile and generating their training. The account is still created.
but the connection cannot be made, the application cannot find any goal set.

In order to no longer receive communications, we invite you to close your FREQUENCE Running account.

Help us to reference official races by checking the box provided for this purpose and enter the url of the official site and the country of the race. After verification, the race will be added within 48 hours. Virtual or connected races will be ignored. The information date, distance, elevation gain and location must be clearly visible on the website.

This graph is only informative. It is not intended to guaranty the future success of your goal. The indicator takes into account three elements:
It takes a long time to be displayed? Can't wait to see how much you can be worth on your goal? Be patient, the application generates this graph once it has enough training data about you. To enable this PREMIUM feature, go to Menu > Settings > My tracking method > My watch and select options "Export trainings to Garmin" and "Retrieve my activities" then click on "Configure".

Yes you can. Track your run with your phone is not mandatory required. All you have to do is start training your session card, a screen appears asking you for your choice of tracking: Choose GPS watch . This mode allows you to manually enter your lap times after the session or upload your GPX/TCX activity files from any watch device. With the PREMIUM mode, you can connect to your STRAVA account OR Garmin Connect and the application will automatically retrieve your sessions and laps time.
Important : TCX files warranty more precision than GPX files for your interval training workouts.
Go to the History tab , click on the + button at the bottom right of the screen. Click on import a file . Select your TCX/GPX file from your documents.
With PREMIUM subscription, you can synchronize your latest completed activities from your GPS device with the Training plan sessions. Compatible devices : Garmin and all watch/applications "Compatible With Strava". Laps time found or intervals detected on your track will be automatically taken into account.

To configure it, go to Menu > Settings > My tracking method and toggle the STRAVA option then click on "Connect With Strava" at the bottom button. You will be forwarded to Strava authentication portal to login. Please accept the requested authorizations.
You will be able to import your most recent activities. On each app landing, your newest activities will be automatically fetched. A dedicated screen will let you match your activities with your training plan sessions. Free runs and free rides are also supported.
For instance, if you used to run with Polar/Suunto/Coros/Tomtom watch, connecting to Strava must be configured in Connected Apps.
If you used to run with Apple Watch, just install and launch their Strava Application.
You can sync your latest exercices from Polar Flow.
