Les ravitaillements sont moins fr\u00e9quents que sur les courses sur route, il faut donc partir avec des <strong>r\u00e9serves d&rsquo;eau<\/strong>. Et s&rsquo;habituer \u00e0 s&rsquo;hydrater pendant un trail !<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La consommation d&rsquo;eau pendant l&rsquo;effort avoisine les 500ml par heure. Un peu moins par temps froid et plut\u00f4t 700ml par temps chaud. Une<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/hydratation-poisson-leau\/\"> bonne hydratation<\/a><\/strong> pendant l&rsquo;effort est un facteur de performance, et pr\u00e9vient les blessures. Suivant la dur\u00e9e de votre course, les ravitaillement disponibles, et m\u00eame \u00e0 l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement, calculez la quantit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire, puis \u00e9quipez vous !<\/p>\n<h4>Camelback ou simple gourde ?<\/h4>\n<p>Les <strong>sacs \u00e0 dos avec une poche \u00e0 eau, aussi appel\u00e9s \u00ab&nbsp;camelback&nbsp;\u00bb <\/strong>sont la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour partir avec le bon niveau d&rsquo;hydratation. Ils permettent de stocker 1 \u00e0 2 litres d&rsquo;eau, dans la poche \u00e0 eau ou dans les flasques souples stock\u00e9es sur l&rsquo;avant des lani\u00e8res. Elle permet de partir avec 650ml de boisson, et quelques accessoires de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans une poche.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin les adeptes du minimalisme, partiront avec une petite gourde \u00e0 la main \ud83d\ude00 Attention, ces gourdes d\u00e9passent rarement les 500ml. Lorsque vous boirez sur place, n&rsquo;oubliez pas de vous \u00e9quiper d&rsquo;un <strong>gobelet souple<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est pratique et \u00e9vite l&rsquo;utilisation de gobelets jetables.
