Cette discipline semble si naturelle \u00e0 pratiquer qu&rsquo;on oublierait de penser \u00e0 notre foul\u00e9e. <strong>Les appuis, la technique<\/strong> de pied sont pourtant des piliers, indispensables <strong>pour performer<\/strong> ! Entre marches d&rsquo;escaliers, descentes techniques, <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/terrains-privilegier-courir\/\"><strong>terrains<\/strong><\/a> accident\u00e9s, on est loin de la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 des appuis d&rsquo;une course sur route. <\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">\n<h1 style=\"text-align:center\">\u00ab&nbsp;En descente, appuyez-vous sur l&rsquo;avant du pied en conservant des foul\u00e9es courtes&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h1>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">\n<p>Vos pieds seront sollicit\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente. Attention, cette griffe du sol par la pointe des pieds vous compliquera la vie et vous fatiguera musculairement (notamment les mollets). Essayez plut\u00f4t, de <strong>d\u00e9rouler la surface de votre pied au maximum <\/strong>au moment de l&rsquo;impact au sol.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">\n<h1 style=\"text-align:center\">\u00ab&nbsp;En mont\u00e9e, <strong>d\u00e9roulez toute la surface de votre pied&nbsp;\u00e0&nbsp;l&rsquo;impact&nbsp;au&nbsp;sol<\/strong>\u00ab&nbsp;<\/h1>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">\n<p>Il est aussi utile d&rsquo;apprendre \u00e0 marcher. En effet, plus votre trail sera long, plus vous marcherez dans les c\u00f4tes. Et en marche rapide, les appuis et les cha\u00eenes musculaires sollicit\u00e9es seront bien diff\u00e9rentes de la course \u00e0 pied. <strong>Utilisez donc les s\u00e9ances de rando course pour \u00ab&nbsp;apprendre \u00e0 marcher&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>En descente<\/strong>, votre objectif sera de vous appuyer sur l&rsquo;avant de votre pied en conservant des foul\u00e9es courtes et rel\u00e2ch\u00e9es. Gardez une vision lointaine pour<strong> d\u00e9terminer la meilleure trajectoire<\/strong> de la foul\u00e9e suivante et en \u00e9vitant de s&rsquo;attarder sur l&rsquo;impact de votre pied au sol. Votre buste devra aussi \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pench\u00e9 pour \u00e9viter de poser le talon en premier, et ainsi limiter le risque de glissade sur les fesses.
