Puis-je aller <strong>faire un footing<\/strong> ? Dois-je absolument <strong>me reposer<\/strong> ? Au bout de combien de temps puis-je recourir ? En phase de pr\u00e9paration d&rsquo;un 10k, semi ou marathon,  ces interrogations peuvent tourner \u00e0 la crise d&rsquo;angoisse : <strong>mon objectif est-il en p\u00e9ril <\/strong>? Comment rattraper le retard accumul\u00e9 ?  <\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nous avons interrog\u00e9 J\u00e9r\u00f4me Touzot Masseur-Kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeute et Ost\u00e9ophate \u00e0 Boulogne-Billancourt. Cet ancien basketteur amateur et d\u00e9sormais triathl\u00e8te nous a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question : peut-on courir bless\u00e9 ?  <\/p>\n<p>Selon une \u00e9tude am\u00e9ricaine parue en 2016, deux tiers des coureurs \u00e0 pied auraient connu une blessure au cours de leurs deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de pratique. Il faut n\u00e9anmoins <strong>mod\u00e9rer l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 de votre s\u00e9ance<\/strong> : oubliez le fractionn\u00e9 programm\u00e9 et remplacez le par une sortie endurance avec la <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/frequence-running-premium-evolue\/\"><strong>fonctionnalit\u00e9 \u00ab&nbsp;remplacer par&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>. Dans le cas contraire, diminuez encore le volume d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement et effectuez les soins en suivant les recommandations de votre kin\u00e9 : hydratation, \u00e9tirements, gla\u00e7age, massage.<\/p>\n<h4>Mes muscles sont douloureux, puis-je courir ?<\/h4>\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord s&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de simples <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/que-sont-les-courbatures\/\"><strong>courbatures<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>apparues le lendemain d&rsquo;une s\u00e9ance exceptionnellement intense ou longue, pas de probl\u00e8me. Mais contentez vous d&rsquo;un footing \u00ab&nbsp;r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration&nbsp;\u00bb ou remplacez votre s\u00e9ance \u00e0 venir par un sport port\u00e9, comme la natation ou le cyclisme. Ce n&rsquo;est pas r\u00e9ellement une \u00ab&nbsp;blessure&nbsp;\u00bb mais un r\u00e9flexe de votre corps qui vous signale d&rsquo;arr\u00eater de solliciter le muscle. Supprimez donc votre s\u00e9ance \u00e0 venir. Ne chercher pas \u00e0 vous \u00e9tirer, cela pourrait aggraver la blessure. Le repos et quelques massages doux sont les seuls rem\u00e8des \u00e0 suivre. <\/p>\n<p>Interrompez votre pr\u00e9paration quelques jours et d\u00e8s que la douleur aura disparu, vous pourrez reprendre en douceur gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;intelligence du plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement FREQUENCE running.
