\u00e0 pied. Elle est souvent plac\u00e9e en d\u00e9but de pr\u00e9paration, apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9ance tr\u00e8s lourde de type 10 x 1000m ou apr\u00e8s une course pour la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. C&rsquo;est la cl\u00e9 d&rsquo;une pr\u00e9paration efficace. Parce qu&rsquo;il faut savoir lever le pied, et courir pour le plaisir, le footing permet de <strong>courir en aisance<\/strong> afin de d\u00e9gourdir vos jambes de coureurs. <\/p>\n<p>Les allures vous sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es sous la forme d&rsquo;une fourchette tr\u00e8s confortable. Le principe est de vraiment respecter ces indications afin de permettre au corps de se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 un effort ou de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer ses forces. <\/p>\n<figure La <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/comment-calculer-sa-vma\/\"><strong>VMA<\/strong><\/a> augmente \u00e0 force de travailler \u00e0 une telle intensit\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>Les fiches s\u00e9ances vous indiquent<strong> les allures \u00e0 respecter<\/strong> ainsi que les r\u00e9cup\u00e9rations entre les r\u00e9p\u00e9titions et si besoin est, entre les s\u00e9ries. Celles-ci sont souvent <strong>tr\u00e8s courtes<\/strong> et doivent \u00eatre faites en footing lent. Il est important de ne pas s&rsquo;arr\u00eater totalement.
