La longue distance n&rsquo;est pas un objectif lors de mes sessions de running, <strong>c&rsquo;est avant tout le fait de se sentir bien pendant et apr\u00e8s.<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>2. Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 courir ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si je suis sportive, le souvenir que je gardais de la course \u00e0 pied \u00e9tait les tours de piste d&rsquo;athl\u00e9tisme au coll\u00e8ge : une horreur !&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2014, je propose \u00e0 mon amie Laetitia de participer \u00e0 une course solidaire f\u00e9minine de 6 km qui se d\u00e9roule \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de mon travail. Elle, qui courrait d\u00e9j\u00e0 me dit \u00ab&nbsp;Ok, mais faut s&rsquo;entra\u00eener avant !&nbsp;\u00bb. Je me souviendrais toujours de notre 1ere sortie : 2km, 15 minutes de course \u00e0 pied, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais \u00ab&nbsp;au bout de ma vie&nbsp;\u00bb ! Et 6 mois + tard je m&rsquo;inscrivais avec elle \u00e0 mon 1er 10 km.<strong> \u00c7a y est, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais foutu, j&rsquo;avais le virus de la course \u00e0 pied !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">\n\n\n\n<h1 style=\"text-align:center\">\u00ab&nbsp;\u00c0 chaque fin de chaque s\u00e9ance, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais contente de mes r\u00e9sultats&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">\n\n\n\n<h3>3. O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai une forte pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/terrains-privilegier-courir\/\">courir dans la nature<\/a><\/strong> : en for\u00eat, dans les champs, dans les parcs&#8230; Courir sur piste, tr\u00e8s peu pour moi ! B\u00e9rang\u00e8re, quelle course as-tu pr\u00e9par\u00e9e ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 le <strong>Marathon de S\u00e9nart du 1er mai<\/strong>, une course \u00ab&nbsp;ch\u00e8re \u00e0 mon c\u0153ur&nbsp;\u00bb, car elle traverse Savigny-le-Temple, la ville dans laquelle j&rsquo;ai v\u00e9cu jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 mes 20 ans mais aussi Lieusaint, la ville pour laquelle je travaille depuis 7 ans. <strong>Mon 1er marathon, je savais que ce serait celui-l\u00e0 et aucun autre&nbsp;\ud83d\ude42<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>5. Comment as-tu v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9paration avec l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tr\u00e8s bien. <strong>Les s\u00e9ances \u00e9taient progressives et comme on peut les visualiser \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance, on sait \u00e0 quoi on peut s&rsquo;attendre<\/strong>. Sur 36 s\u00e9ances, j&rsquo;en ai loup\u00e9 une seule : le jour de mon anniversaire o\u00f9 des amis m&rsquo;ont fait la surprise de leur pr\u00e9sence (ndlr : on ne vous en veut pas, c&rsquo;est promis \u263a\ufe0f) ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ne dirais pas non plus que \u00e7a a \u00e9t\u00e9 tout du long facile,<a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/la-motivation-pour-la-course-a-pied\/\"><strong> la motivation<\/strong><\/a> peut \u00eatre entrav\u00e9e par la <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/les-meilleurs-complements-alimentaires-recuperation\/\"><strong>fatigue<\/strong><\/a> ou la m\u00e9t\u00e9o. Mais les s\u00e9ances ne m&rsquo;ont jamais parues trop difficiles. Quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tes sensations pendant le marathon de S\u00e9nart ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Excellentes&nbsp;! Vraiment. Je sentais que j&rsquo;\u00e9tais pr\u00eate<\/strong>. J&rsquo;avais fait 3 mois de pr\u00e9paration que j&rsquo;avais commenc\u00e9 en f\u00e9vrier, dont une partie de longues distances <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/top-5-des-conseils-pour-courir-la-nuit\/\">le soir de nuit<\/a><\/strong>, et j&rsquo;avais eu tous les temps, beau, pluie, d\u00e9luge, vent. Je n&rsquo;avais qu&rsquo;une envie c&rsquo;\u00e9tait de m&rsquo;\u00e9lancer et de savourer chaque kilom\u00e8tre. Et c&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;est pass\u00e9&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai eu la chance d&rsquo;avoir mon conjoint qui a pu me suivre une bonne partie \u00e0 v\u00e9lo, d&rsquo;avoir ma famille sur le trac\u00e9 du parcours et \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e. L&rsquo;ambiance sur <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/senart-troque-la-fete-du-travail-pour-celle-du-running-pour-la-20eme-fois\/\">ce marathon<\/a><\/strong> est excellente, les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles sont au top, l&rsquo;organisation sans faille te permet de profiter au maximum de la course. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, les coureurs qui faisaient le marathon en + de 4h avaient le droit pour les 10 derniers kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 des accompagnateurs officiels : j&rsquo;avais alors 2 supers potes qui m&rsquo;ont boost\u00e9. Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono ? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que novice dans la distance du Marathon, je me disais que moins de 5h ce serait top.<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/estimation-de-votre-chrono\/\"><strong>L&rsquo;application me proposait<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>4h50 au vu de mes temps de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence sur 10 km et semi-marathon. En soi, <strong>le chrono n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas vraiment l&rsquo;objectif<\/strong>, mais bien d&rsquo;arriver au bout et surtout sans s&rsquo;arr\u00eater ni marcher (sauf ravitaillements \u00e9videmment). Quel \u00e9tait ton planning (nombre de s\u00e9ances et de semaines) d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai choisi de faire ma pr\u00e9paration sur <strong>12 semaines<\/strong>, \u00e0 raison de 3 fois par semaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">\n\n\n\n<h1 style=\"text-align:center\">\u00ab&nbsp;Mon 1er marathon, je savais que ce serait celui-l\u00e0 et aucun autre&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">\n\n\n\n<h3>9. Pourquoi as-tu choisi d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;appli FREQUENCE Running pour te pr\u00e9parer ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En fait, l&rsquo;application \u00e9tait propos\u00e9e sur le site internet du Marathon de S\u00e9nart. Je me suis renseign\u00e9e, les <strong>avis \u00e9taient l&rsquo;air tr\u00e8s bons<\/strong> et l&rsquo;application avait l&rsquo;air d&rsquo;\u00eatre <strong>simple et efficace<\/strong>. En 2 minutes, j&rsquo;avais un plan personnalis\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9parer mon marathon !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>10. Quelle est ta fonctionnalit\u00e9 pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e de l&rsquo;application ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sans h\u00e9siter le fait de pouvoir <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/conseil-plans-entrainement-frequence-running\/\">inverser les s\u00e9ances ou les d\u00e9placer<\/a><\/strong>. J&rsquo;ai fait la pr\u00e9paration majoritairement seule, mais mon amie H\u00e9l\u00e8ne souhaitait m&rsquo;accompagner une fois par semaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du coup en fonction de son planning de maman et de la sortie qu&rsquo;elle pouvait faire je pouvais adapter mon planning et on a pu courir ensemble. Sans compter les impr\u00e9vus ou quand la m\u00e9t\u00e9o \u00e9tait vraiment pourrie. Donc <strong>pas besoin d&rsquo;annuler des s\u00e9ances, on ajuste simplement<\/strong> ! Du coup \u00e7a \u00e9vite le stress et \u00e7a permet de suivre son planning quelque soit la vie qu&rsquo;on a.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>11.
