Bamboo Edition vient de signer la sortie du premier tome de l&rsquo;ouvrage qui est selon l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe tr\u00e8s r\u00e9ussi. Le constat est simple, la performance au travail est d\u00e9cupl\u00e9e lorsque l&rsquo;on pratique une activit\u00e9 physique et\/ou sportive ! Pour \u00e7a, il vaut mieux bien conna\u00eetre ses dossiers ! Je cours depuis 15 ans, j\u2019ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs marathons, des courses de 100 km aussi. J\u2019avais envie de raconter ce que j\u2019ai ressenti quand j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 et de faire rire avec \u00e7a.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Buche<\/strong> : \u00ab&nbsp;\u00catre l\u00e9gitime fait toute la diff\u00e9rence : c\u2019est quand les d\u00e9tails sont exacts, parce qu\u2019on les conna\u00eet par c\u0153ur, que \u00e7a fonctionne. Je cours depuis l\u2019adolescence, avec des p\u00e9riodes intenses. On devient accro. \u00c0 une \u00e9poque, il fallait que je cours 15 km six fois par semaine&#8230; J\u2019ai un peu ralenti depuis que je fais de la bd.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Footing, jogging ou running ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Buche<\/strong> : \u00ab&nbsp;Dans les ann\u00e9es 1980, on parlait de jogging ou de footing. L\u2019id\u00e9e \u00e9tait juste de bouger, s\u2019oxyg\u00e9ner, sans id\u00e9e de performance. En running, le but est de d\u00e9passer ses limites et de participer \u00e0 des comp\u00e9titions.
