Alors, comment les consommer\u2009? Deux solutions s\u2019offrent \u00e0 vous : l\u2019alimentation, et la suppl\u00e9mentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On trouve diff\u00e9rentes sources d\u2019om\u00e9ga-3 au sein de notre alimentation. En effet, les poissons gras (sardines, maquereau, hareng, anchois, thon rouge, saumon\u2026) sont d\u2019excellentes sources d\u2019om\u00e9ga-3, notamment en EPA et en DHA. On en trouve aussi dans les huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales (comme l\u2019huile de colza, de germe de bl\u00e9, de soja, de noix et de lin). Il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 d\u2019om\u00e9ga-3 ALA. Enfin, pour am\u00e9liorer vos apports en om\u00e9ga-3, vous pouvez aussi consommer des avocats.
