Comme mes plans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents (d\u00e9j\u00e0 mon 6\u00e8me avec l&rsquo;application), j&rsquo;ai suivi quasi les s\u00e9ances \u00e0 la lettre. \u00c7a s&rsquo;est plut\u00f4t bien pass\u00e9. Pour la pr\u00e9paration du semi pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, j&rsquo;avais beaucoup appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 la diversit\u00e9 des s\u00e9ances. Celles-ci s&rsquo;\u00e9taient bien d\u00e9roul\u00e9es et m&rsquo;ont permis de gagner 3 min sur mon pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent record. Mes diverses pr\u00e9parations marathon avec FREQUENCE Running me permettent de ne pas me surentrainer et de respecter les jours de repos. Les plans me font progresser alors que je stagnais depuis 2 ans. <strong>Mon meilleur souvenir du semi reste le passage de la ligne d\u2019arriv\u00e9e ou mon ami coureur tombe dans mes bras<\/strong>&#8230; Je l\u2019aide \u00e0 s\u2019asseoir pour se remettre de son challenge hautement relev\u00e9. J\u2019adore la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des s\u00e9ances propos\u00e9es qui permet de ne pas tomber dans une routine! La pr\u00e9paration FR, c\u2019est beaucoup plus qu\u2019une appli ! C\u2019est un vrai accompagnement qui nous encourage, nous f\u00e9licite apr\u00e8s une grosse s\u00e9ance et ne nous juge pas quand on rel\u00e2che un peu le plan..donc un grand merci \u00e0 toute la team FR ! \u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Marie : \u00ab&nbsp;J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 la prepa du semi-marathon de Paris fin novembre, d\u2019abord 3 puis 4 s\u00e9ances\/semaine. Il y a eu des hauts et des bas&#8230; j\u2019ai l\u00e2ch\u00e9 une semaine, trop fatigu\u00e9e, surtout psychologiquement. Mais <strong>au fur et \u00e0 mesure des derniers jours je me sentais de plus en plus pr\u00eate.<\/strong> J\u2019ai rallong\u00e9 les derni\u00e8res sorties longues de 10-15\u2019 car l\u2019an dernier \u00e0 Nantes j\u2019avais pein\u00e9 apr\u00e8s 2h de course et termin\u00e9 en 2h54&#8230; Pendant le semi j\u2019\u00e9tais vraiment tr\u00e8s bien, tranquille, un peu au-del\u00e0 de mon allure cible, c\u2019\u00e9tait vraiment super agr\u00e9able. Je me suis pr\u00e9par\u00e9 rigoureusement pour cette \u00e9ch\u00e9ance avec l&rsquo;application et je n&rsquo;ai pas su \u00eatre fort dans la t\u00eate le jour-J :'( , j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s vite en souffrance au niveau de ma respiration et de mes jambes.&nbsp; J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de l\u00e2cher le chrono \u00e0 partir du 15\u00e8me kilom\u00e8tre&#8230; La veille de course, coach \u00c9ric m&rsquo;avait envoy\u00e9 un SMS en me disant que la m\u00e9t\u00e9o risquait de faire des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts sur les chronos. \u00c7a n&rsquo;a pas loup\u00e9 pour ma part.
