Quel type de coureuse es-tu ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 courir en 2015, mais ce n&rsquo;\u00e9tait qu&rsquo;un footing le dimanche, session qui sautait r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Participer \u00e0 1 ou 2 courses officielles dans l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e (5 ou 10 km) me permettaient quand m\u00eame de voir une \u00e9volution sur mes performances. Au d\u00e9but, on tient 20 min et puis apr\u00e8s une heure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 2017, <strong>j&rsquo;ai eu un d\u00e9clic, j&rsquo;en ai eu marre de ne pas d\u00e9passer les 10 km lors de mes sorties et ne pas passer sous l&rsquo;heure au 10 km en comp\u00e9tition<\/strong>. Je d\u00e9cide donc d&rsquo;intensifier mes sorties : 2 voire 3 sorties par semaine. Les r\u00e9sultats paient : fin 2017, je signe enfin mon premier chrono de 51 min sur 10 km. De plus, ce fut lors de cette course que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert FREQUENCE Running. La fille devant moi <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/shop.html\"><strong>portait le tee-shirt<\/strong><\/a>. Je n&rsquo;arrivais pas \u00e0 la d\u00e9passer dans la course et j&rsquo;ai eu le temps de lire sur son dos \u00ab&nbsp;FREQUENCE Running &#8211; Mon Plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement&nbsp;\u00bb et de m&rsquo;interroger sur cette application. <strong>J&rsquo;ai donc commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;utiliser d\u00e8s janvier 2018 avant d&rsquo;en devenir compl\u00e8tement addict.<\/strong> J&rsquo;appr\u00e9cie particuli\u00e8rement la diversit\u00e9 des entra\u00eenements propos\u00e9s et j&rsquo;ai pu d\u00e9couvrir et prendre go\u00fbt au fractionn\u00e9. <strong>Avec le recul, je peux d&rsquo;autant plus appr\u00e9cier les r\u00e9sultats et voir l&rsquo;\u00e9volution<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce d\u00e9but d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, j&rsquo;ai pu battre mon record sur 10 km avec un temps de 44 minutes et 25 secondes. <strong>La fameuse barre de 45 min enfin d\u00e9pass\u00e9e ! C&rsquo;est 15 min de mieux qu&rsquo;il y a 1 an et demi.<\/strong> Merci FREQUENCE Running !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>2. Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9e \u00e0 courir ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Courir a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 pour moi un \u00ab&nbsp;d\u00e9fouloir&nbsp;\u00bb. D\u00e8s mon plus jeune \u00e2ge, j&rsquo;aimais courir, mais je n&rsquo;ai jamais d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 cet attrait pour la comp\u00e9tition. C&rsquo;est finalement <strong>\u00e0 22 ans, que l&rsquo;appel de la course est revenu<\/strong>. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, la course m&rsquo;est indispensable, je suis addict, je crois bien ! (mince hihi)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un de mes dictons est : <strong>Courir pour tous ceux qui ne le peuvent pas ! <\/strong>C&rsquo;est <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/la-motivation-pour-la-course-a-pied\/\"><strong>ma source de motivation<\/strong><\/a> lorsque j&rsquo;ai un coup de moins bien. Je pense \u00e0 \u00e7a et cela m&rsquo;oblige \u00e0 ne jamais abandonner ! <strong>Lorsque l&rsquo;on est en bonne sant\u00e9, il faut profiter et ne jamais se lamenter&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">\n\n\n\n<h1 style=\"text-align:center\">\u00ab&nbsp;J&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 l&rsquo;app d\u00e8s janvier 2018 avant d&rsquo;en devenir addict&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">\n\n\n\n<h3>3. O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la course sur route et je cours en ville ou \u00e0 la campagne. Ce que j&rsquo;aime c&rsquo;est <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/terrains-privilegier-courir\/\"><strong>varier les terrains<\/strong><\/a>, d\u00e9couvrir de nouveaux endroits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis quelques mois, pour mes <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/entrainement-fractionne-definition\/\"><strong>s\u00e9ances de fractionn\u00e9 <\/strong><\/a>court, je me rends sur la piste d&rsquo;athl\u00e9tisme, cela me permet de travailler diff\u00e9remment. Quelle course as-tu pr\u00e9par\u00e9e ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2018, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 FREQUENCE Running, j&rsquo;ai pu pr\u00e9parer 2 semis, 1 marathon et 1 trail.&nbsp;Pour 2019, mon premier objectif \u00e9tait le <strong>semi-marathon de Barcelone<\/strong> avec pour but de battre mon RP \u00e9videmment (1h41m58 en octobre 2018).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>5. Ya\u00eblle, comment as-tu v\u00e9cu ce plan pour le semi-marathon de Barcelone ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme pour chacun de mes objectifs, <strong>je me lance \u00e0 100 % dans ma pr\u00e9paration et<a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/conseil-course2\/\"> ne rate aucune s\u00e9ance<\/a><\/strong>. La diversit\u00e9 des entra\u00eenements me permet de ne pas me lasser des diff\u00e9rentes s\u00e9ances et de pr\u00e9parer mes courses en toute s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, j&rsquo;arrive \u00e0 <strong>tenir les rythmes indiqu\u00e9s, et m\u00eame \u00e0 les surpasser quelques fois, ce qui me rassure<\/strong>. Et ce fut le cas pour cette pr\u00e9paration. FREQUENCE Running a \u00e9t\u00e9 l&rsquo;outil indispensable de ma r\u00e9ussite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>6. Montre en main, nous contr\u00f4lons nos allures pour ne pas d\u00e9passer les 4:42 min\/km.&nbsp;Les premiers km sont faciles, on fait un peu \u00ab&nbsp;le yoyo&nbsp;\u00bb avec le chrono, mais on passe le 10 km \u00e0 1 seconde de l&rsquo;objectif, c&rsquo;est parfait!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le parcours du semi-marathon de Barcelone est relativement plat, mais il ne faut pas \u00eatre allergique aux lignes droites&#8230; <strong>Au 13\u00e8me km, ma co-\u00e9quipi\u00e8re montre quelques signes de faiblesse<\/strong>, mais je me dois de la motiver pour qu&rsquo;on tienne. Et puis c&rsquo;est reparti, on arrive \u00e0 conserver notre rythme <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/top-5-conseils-courir-temps-chaud\/\"><strong>malgr\u00e9 la chaleur<\/strong><\/a> qui commence \u00e0 monter. La petite c\u00f4te du 18\u00e8me (la seule du parcours) ne fait pas plaisir. <strong>Les sensations sont toujours bonnes&nbsp;n\u00e9anmoins<\/strong>. Dans les derniers 500 m, <strong>on se paye le luxe de taper un sprint pour accrocher les 1h39m04s<\/strong>. On passe la ligne ensemble, heureuses d&rsquo;avoir atteint notre objectif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qui a dit que la course \u00e0 pied \u00e9tait un sport individuel ?<a href=\"https:\/\/frequence.app.link\/oBmjsdmOPP\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>7. Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon ancien record \u00e9tait de <strong>1h41m58<\/strong>. Pour ce nouveau semi, l&rsquo;application m&rsquo;a propos\u00e9 1h39m06s, ce qui me convenait parfaitement. <strong>J&rsquo;aime quand des barri\u00e8res tombent <\/strong>et pour moi le 1h40 en est une symbolique !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>8. Quel \u00e9tait ton planning d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon emploi du temps est assez charg\u00e9, mais j&rsquo;arrive <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/conseil-plans-entrainement-frequence-running\/\"><strong>toujours \u00e0 trouver le temps de m&rsquo;entra\u00eener<\/strong><\/a><strong> 3 fois par semaine<\/strong>. J&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 cette course en <strong>7 semaines<\/strong>, \u00e0 la suite de mon premier trail en fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. C&rsquo;est assez court n&rsquo;ayant pas fait de <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/organiser-saison-en-course-a-pied\/\"><strong>pause entre mes diff\u00e9rents objectifs<\/strong><\/a>, cela ne m&rsquo;a pas emp\u00each\u00e9 de progresser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">\n\n\n\n<h1 style=\"text-align:center\">\u00ab&nbsp;La diversit\u00e9 des s\u00e9ances m&rsquo;\u00e9vite d&rsquo;\u00eatre lass\u00e9e&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>9.&nbsp;<\/strong>Pourquoi as-tu choisi d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Depuis ma d\u00e9couverte de l&rsquo;application, il y a un an, je ne peux plus m&rsquo;en passer. <\/strong>Au d\u00e9part, je me sentais perdue face \u00e0 la multitude de plans propos\u00e9s sur Internet. Je ne m&rsquo;y retrouvais jamais. FREQUENCE Running a pour moi \u00e9t\u00e9 une r\u00e9v\u00e9lation, une r\u00e9volution. <strong>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, c&rsquo;est un r\u00e9flexe, une habitude, la routine<\/strong>. J&rsquo;ai tout de suite appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 la diversit\u00e9 des entra\u00eenements. Elle m&rsquo;a permis de me sentir en confiance et tenter notamment un marathon. Chose qui me paraissait impensable quelques mois avant, lorsque mes plus grandes sorties ne d\u00e9passaient pas 10 km. Le marathon \u00e9tait pour moi un doux r\u00eave que je comptais tenter \u00e0 la quarantaine, et bien finalement ce sera pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e de mes 25 ans ! C&rsquo;est plus concret, <strong>cela renforce la motivation&nbsp;<\/strong>et on sait pourquoi chaque jour, on enfile <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/infographie-running\/\"><strong>ses baskets<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>11. Quel est ton prochain objectif de course ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s ce semi-marathon de Barcelone, le prochain objectif est le <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/5-secrets-pour-reussir-le-semi-marathon-de-paris\/\"><strong>semi de Paris<\/strong><\/a> dans un mois (en esp\u00e9rant gratter encore quelques secondes \u00e0 mon record) et apr\u00e8s on filera vers le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/les-grands-marathons-de-printemps\/\">Marathon du Mont Saint-Michel<\/a><\/strong> pour <strong>passer sous les 3h49<\/strong>, mon premier temps r\u00e9f\u00e9rence r\u00e9alis\u00e9 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quelle le\u00e7on d&rsquo;humanit\u00e9 et de solidarit\u00e9, quelle fiert\u00e9 de t&rsquo;avoir parmi nos coureurs !
