Quel type de coureuse es-tu ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Je suis une coureuse r\u00e9guli\u00e8re depuis 5 ans<\/strong>, avec une grosse pause il y a 3 ans. Jusqu\u2019alors, je n&rsquo;y connaissais rien sur la th\u00e9orie de la pratique de la course \u00e0 pied, et je n&rsquo;\u00e9voluais pas. Il y a deux ans, je m\u2019\u00e9tais inscrite en club, mais celui-ci ne me convenait pas et d\u00e9sormais, je cours seule. Je fais 3 \u00e0 4 sorties par semaine.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9e \u00e0 courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>Au tout d\u00e9but,<strong> la perte de poids !<\/strong> Puis, le plaisir a pris place et je cours d\u00e9sormais<strong> pour moi et ma sant\u00e9<\/strong>. J&rsquo;aime \u00e9galement pouvoir mesurer mes am\u00e9liorations et c&rsquo;est possible avec la course \u00e0 pied.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;<strong>J&rsquo;ai beaucoup aim\u00e9 les propositions vari\u00e9es des s\u00e9ances, \u00e7a rend l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement moins monotone&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><\/h1>\n<hr>\n<h3>3. O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>De pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence en nature et avec du d\u00e9nivel\u00e9, car <strong>j&rsquo;aime beaucoup les changements de rythme<\/strong> que cela impose, et je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00eatre au vert. Mais ce n&rsquo;est pas forcement \u00e9vident ici en <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/ou-courir-a-paris\/\">r\u00e9gion parisienne<\/a><\/strong>. J&rsquo;ai la chance d&rsquo;avoir <strong>les bords de Marne<\/strong> pr\u00e8s de chez moi, o\u00f9 il est aussi tr\u00e8s sympa de courir, et quelques parcs et bois \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 <strong>qui permettent de <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/terrains-privilegier-courir\/\">changer d&rsquo;environnement<\/a> de temps en temps<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Quelle course as-tu pr\u00e9par\u00e9e ?<\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 un <strong>10km au Foul\u00e9es de Vincennes le 3 f\u00e9vrier dernier<\/strong>, qui \u00e9tait un objectif interm\u00e9diaire \u00e0 mon futur premier semi-marathon (le semi de Paris). Comme j&rsquo;avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 couru des 10km, j&rsquo;avais un temps de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et je voulais voir si le plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement <strong>FREQUENCE Running me permettait vraiment de m&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Tamara, comment as-tu v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9pa avec ce plan 10K ?<\/h3>\n<p>Bien ! <strong>J&rsquo;ai beaucoup aim\u00e9 les propositions vari\u00e9es des s\u00e9ances, \u00e7a permet de rendre l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement moins monotone.<\/strong> Par ailleurs, \u00e7a se rapprochait assez de ce que j&rsquo;avais connu en club, alors \u00e7a m&rsquo;a rassur\u00e9. Quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tes sensations lors de cette course ?<\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;avais r\u00e9gl\u00e9 ma montre sur l&rsquo;<strong>allure propos\u00e9e par l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running<\/strong>, de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ne pas partir trop vite (c&rsquo;est un de mes soucis \u00e0 chaque course). Il y avait du monde au d\u00e9part, donc je n&rsquo;ai de toute fa\u00e7on pas pu partir trop vite car \u00e7a faisait des bouchons ! Ensuite, le peloton s&rsquo;est un peu \u00e9tir\u00e9, et je suis rentr\u00e9e dans ma course, en suivant mes sensations et en jetant un coup d\u2019\u0153il \u00e0 la montre de temps en temps. <strong>J\u2019\u00e9tais bien, alors je courrais l\u00e9g\u00e8rement au-dessus de l&rsquo;allure propos\u00e9e<\/strong>, et \u00e7a me laissait un peu de marge pour \u00ab&nbsp;r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer&nbsp;\u00bb en cas de fatigue. Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono ?<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>L&rsquo;application m&rsquo;avait propos\u00e9 un chrono en <strong>1h08&rsquo;18<\/strong> au d\u00e9but de mon plan (mon record \u00e9tait de <strong>1h11&rsquo;34<\/strong> en 2017), et je pensais cet objectif pas r\u00e9alisable, car je n&rsquo;avais pas fait moins de 1h11 \u00e0 mes trois derni\u00e8res courses de 10km. Quel \u00e9tait ton planning d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 la pr\u00e9paration le 29 d\u00e9cembre, avec <strong>3 s\u00e9ances par semaine, soit 5 semaines<\/strong> avant la course et apr\u00e8s 3 mois de travail d&rsquo;endurance fondamentale. Au total, j&rsquo;ai fait<strong> 15 s\u00e9ances du plan et 3 sorties hors du plan<\/strong> pour le plaisir.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;<strong>C&rsquo;est un r\u00e9el plaisir de voir les s\u00e9ances \u00e9voluer en fonction de mes s\u00e9ances pass\u00e9es&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><\/h1>\n<hr>\n<h3>9. Pourquoi as-tu choisi d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>On m&rsquo;avait donn\u00e9 un flyer sur cette appli \u00e0 la fin d&rsquo;une course<\/strong>, et je venais de quitter mon club. Ma curiosit\u00e9 m&rsquo;a pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 tester, et maintenant, je l\u2019utilise pour sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 proposer un <strong>plan d&rsquo;entrainement compl\u00e8tement personnalis\u00e9 et fiable<\/strong>. Par ailleurs, <strong>je trouve son design sympa, les conseils apport\u00e9s sont int\u00e9ressants et faciles \u00e0 lire<\/strong>, et il existe une communaut\u00e9 de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/577051509352859\/\">FREQUENCE Runners<\/a><\/strong> \u00e0 qui on peut s&rsquo;adresser et avec qui partager nos sorties !<\/p>\n<h3><strong>10.&nbsp;<\/strong>Quelle est ta fonctionnalit\u00e9 pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e de l&rsquo;application ?<\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9volution de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/estimation-de-votre-chrono\/\">courbe de progression<\/a><\/strong> et de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/definition-vma\/\">VMA<\/a><\/strong> ! Moi qui aime bien mesurer mes am\u00e9liorations, et comprendre les raisons de chaque s\u00e9ance, cet outil est parfait !<\/p>\n<h3>11. Quel est ton prochain objectif de course ?<\/h3>\n<p>Le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/5-secrets-pour-reussir-le-semi-marathon-de-paris\/\">semi-marathon de Paris<\/a><\/strong>, ce sera mon premier.
