fil<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> des entra\u00eenements FREQUENCE Running, <strong>je me sentais de mieux en mieux<\/strong>.&nbsp;Le r\u00e9sultat parle de lui-m\u00eame<strong>, un record perso de 5 minutes <\/strong>pour moi&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">FREQUENCE Running,&nbsp;<span class=\"s1\">c\u2019est l\u2019application qui s\u2019adapte \u00e0 nous et Ma pr\u00e9pa a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9maill\u00e9e de plusieurs obstacles qui m&rsquo;ont fait arr\u00eater pendant 1 mois. Avec une volont\u00e9 de fer \u00e0 seulement quinze jours de la date butoir, je me suis remise en selle et ai repris mon entra\u00eenement avec l&rsquo;application.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Le jour de la course, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais motiv\u00e9e \u00e0 bloc. R\u00e9sultat, une course qui se d\u00e9roula en douceur,&nbsp;<strong>\u00e0 mon rythme avec un joli temps de 2h03&rsquo;44. J\u2019ai arr\u00eat\u00e9 de fumer au mois d\u2019avril et <strong>je voulais relever un d\u00e9fi sportif pour conserver ma motivation et ne pas reprendre la cigarette<\/strong>. Pour atteindre cet objectif, <strong>23 s\u00e9ances depuis mi-septembre<\/strong>, 23 s\u00e9ances vari\u00e9es, plus ou moins difficiles, des s\u00e9ances longues, des s\u00e9ances courtes, des s\u00e9ances pour le mental, mais surtout, <strong>23 s\u00e9ances qui m&rsquo;ont permis de r\u00e9aliser mon objectif !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RP en 1h39&rsquo;19<\/strong>.
