Quel type de coureuse es-tu ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>On peut dire que je suis une coureuse mordue, mais libre<\/strong>. Je cours sur route et trail, et depuis un peu plus d&rsquo;un an, je me suis mise au triathlon.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00ab Courir donne une belle vision des choses, nous permet d&rsquo;appr\u00e9cier un beau paysage, un joli chemin, des choses simples&#8230; \u00bb<\/strong><\/h1>\n<hr>\n<h3>2. Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9e \u00e0 courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>D&rsquo;aussi loin que je me souvienne, j&rsquo;ai toujours plus ou moins couru. Apr\u00e8s <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/les-boucles-de-seine\/\">avoir eu mes 2 enfants<\/a><\/strong>, j&rsquo;ai repris le footing, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert les courses hors stade avec mon voisin, qui m&rsquo;a incit\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre <strong>1 premier dossard, puis un autre<\/strong>&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3>3. O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>Partout ! J&rsquo;aime courir dans ma (belle)&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/ou-courir-a-nantes\/\">ville de Nantes<\/a><\/strong>, mais aussi sur les chemins, j&rsquo;adore courir pour d\u00e9couvrir un coin : une paire de basket et la nature, l&rsquo;environnement, le paysage est \u00e0 nous !<\/p>\n<p><strong> Courir donne une belle vision des choses, nous permet d&rsquo;appr\u00e9cier un beau paysage, un joli chemin, des choses simples que l&rsquo;on pourrait ne pas remarquer<\/strong>, mais aussi apporte une sensation de libert\u00e9 ! Maryl\u00e8ne, comment as-tu v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9paration avec le&nbsp;plan marathon 3h30 de FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n<p>Ma pr\u00e9paration s&rsquo;est bien pass\u00e9e, \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence de mes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes pr\u00e9pas,<strong> j&rsquo;ai fait plus d&rsquo;allure sp\u00e9cifiques et de sorties rythm\u00e9es, j&rsquo;ai senti que je progressais en allure moyenne<\/strong>, l&rsquo;inconnue \u00e9tait de savoir si je saurai maintenir cette allure dans la dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab J<strong>&lsquo;ai fait plus d&rsquo;allure sp\u00e9cifiques et sorties rythm\u00e9es, j&rsquo;ai senti que je progressais en allure moyenne&#8230; \u00bb<\/strong><\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3>&nbsp;6. Quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tes sensations lors de la course ?<\/h3>\n<p>Le <strong>premier semi \u00e9tait sans difficult\u00e9, profil descendant, le deuxi\u00e8me beaucoup plus compliqu\u00e9<\/strong>, avec des faux plats, voire des c\u00f4tes notamment entre le 25 et le 33\u00e8me. Du coup, on avait un plan : partir allure 4&rsquo;45 pour prendre de l&rsquo;avance et tenir le plus longtemps possible apr\u00e8s le semi. <strong>La seconde partie a effectivement mis les jambes et la t\u00eate \u00e0 rude \u00e9preuve !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je suis tr\u00e8s contente de n&rsquo;avoir rien l\u00e2ch\u00e9 ! Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono ?<\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;application m&rsquo;a donn\u00e9 2 ambitions de chronos : le premier qu&rsquo;elle estimait r\u00e9aliste \u00e0 3h28 et le <strong>second ambitieux \u00e0 3h21<\/strong>. J&rsquo;ai choisi l&rsquo;ambitieux \ud83d\ude0a pas par pr\u00e9tention, mais je voulais faire les <strong>minima qualificatifs pour aller au marathon de NYC<\/strong> l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e prochaine, soit <strong>3h26<\/strong> pour ma cat\u00e9gorie.<\/p>\n<h3>8. Quel \u00e9tait ton plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement (nombre de s\u00e9ances et de semaines) ?<\/h3>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser mon objectif, j&rsquo;ai fait <strong>un plan marathon 3h30 sur 10 semaines avec FREQUENCE comprenant 4 sorties par semaine.<\/strong>&nbsp;Je le compl\u00e9tais par 1 s\u00e9ance de renforcement et parfois une s\u00e9ance de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/natation-complement-running\/\">piscine<\/a><\/strong>\/<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/le-cyclisme-dans-lentrainement-en-course-a-pied\/\">v\u00e9lo<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00ab On ne se rend pas compte comment un message de 2 lignes la veille peut vous aider ! \u00bb<\/strong><\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3>9. Pourquoi as-tu choisi d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n<p>FREQUENCE Running m&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 conseill\u00e9e par un ami. Au passage, <strong>un grand merci \u00e0 lui !<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>10.
