Quel type de coureur es-tu ?<\/h3>\n<p>J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 courir il y a 5 ans et <strong>je suis un coureur plut\u00f4t r\u00e9gulier depuis bient\u00f4t 2 ans.<\/strong>&nbsp;Par semaine, mon rythme est de<strong> 3 s\u00e9ances<\/strong> !<\/p>\n<h3>2. Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s plusieurs ann\u00e9es \u00e0 pratiquer du football, j\u2019ai arr\u00eat\u00e9 durant 4 ans. Pendant cette p\u00e9riode lors de laquelle j&rsquo;ai cess\u00e9 toute activit\u00e9, j\u2019ai pris beaucoup de poids. Un ami pratiquant la course \u00e0 pied m\u2019a mis au d\u00e9fi de faire un 10km. J\u2019\u00e9tais un peu trop s\u00fbr de moi. Pensant n\u2019avoir rien perdu de mes ann\u00e9es de football, je me lance de chez moi pour une sortie facile\u2026 <strong>Au bout de 2-3 km, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 contraint de rentrer chez moi en marchant\u2026 La douche froide !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mais petit \u00e0 petit, <strong>avec beaucoup de motivation et en ne l\u00e2chant rien, <\/strong>j\u2019ai pu faire<strong> mon premier semi-marathon 6 mois<\/strong> <strong>plus tard, mon premier marathon 1 an apr\u00e8s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;FREQUENCE Running, c\u2019est l\u2019application qui s\u2019adapte \u00e0 nous et \u00e0 nos journ\u00e9es&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h1>\n<hr>\n<h3>3. O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>J\u2019aime autant la course sur route que les trails. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/ou-courir-a-paris\/\">Je suis sur Paris<\/a><\/strong> depuis 2 ans donc <strong>je cours principalement en ville<\/strong> mais \u00e7a ne me g\u00eane pas plus que \u00e7a \ud83d\ude42 .<\/p>\n<h3>4. Quelle course as-tu pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ?<\/h3>\n<p>J\u2019ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/preparez-vous-pour-le-semi-marathon-de-boulogne-billancourt\/\">semi-marathon de Boulogne<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Mohamed, comment as-tu v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9pa avec ce plan semi-marathon 1h25 ?<\/h3>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but tr\u00e8s bien \u00e0 part un gros coup de mou en milieu de pr\u00e9pa. J\u2019avais une douleur au mollet que je tra\u00eenais depuis quelques mois d\u00e9j\u00e0 qui est ressortie et m\u2019a fait douter. Je n&rsquo;\u00e9tais pas habitu\u00e9 \u00e0 suivre un plan d\u2019entra\u00eenement et \u00e0 accumuler des s\u00e9ances bien sp\u00e9cifiques. <strong>Mais j\u2019avais un objectif en t\u00eate et je n\u2019ai pas l\u00e2ch\u00e9 surtout lorsque j\u2019ai vu que je progressais<\/strong>. Quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tes sensations lors de cette course ?<\/h3>\n<p>Tr\u00e8s bonne sensation. J\u2019ai vu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/histoires-de-marathonien-premier-marathon-pour-yoann\/\">Yoann G.-P<\/a><\/strong>. la veille qui m\u2019a donn\u00e9 ses derniers conseils de course que j\u2019ai suivis \u00e0 la lettre. Je l\u2019entends encore : \u00ab <strong>Suis ton rythme jusqu\u2019au 13ieme, logiquement tu devrais \u00eatre encore bien. \u00c0 partir de l\u00e0, tu acc\u00e9l\u00e8res ! N\u2019oublie pas que c\u2019est quand m\u00eame une course et le but, c\u2019est de gagner des places !<\/strong> \u00bb. Bien que je pensais qu&rsquo;attaquer au 13i\u00e8me \u00e9tait un peu t\u00f4t, j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de suivre son conseil.<\/p>\n<p>Tr\u00e8s bonne sensation tout le long, <strong>j\u2019ai pass\u00e9 la seconde partie de la course \u00e0 doubler<\/strong>. Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono ?<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Mon objectif au d\u00e9part \u00e9tait de faire mieux que mon semi de Paris donc 1h26. Quand je me suis inscrit, l\u2019application <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/\">FREQUENCE Running<\/a><\/strong> m\u2019a donn\u00e9 2 temps : <strong>1h24 en prudent et 1h22 en challenge<\/strong>. Au d\u00e9part j\u2019ai choisi 1h24, car d\u00e9j\u00e0 faire ce temps m\u2019allait tr\u00e8s bien. Et au<strong> fil des entra\u00eenements FREQUENCE, je me sentais de mieux en mieux. Je suis donc logiquement pass\u00e9 sur le temps challenge<\/strong>. Je me suis dit qu&rsquo;un chrono entre 1h22 et 1h24 serait tr\u00e8s bien, car pour moi, 1h22 n\u2019\u00e9tait pas atteignable il y a quelques mois\u2026<\/p>\n<p>FREQUENCE Running a recalcul\u00e9 mon temps la derni\u00e8re semaine pour me donner <strong>un temps de pr\u00e9vision pour le jour J<\/strong> en fonction de mes s\u00e9ances. Quel \u00e9tait ton planning d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/h3>\n<p>J\u2019ai voulu commencer ma pr\u00e9paration assez t\u00f4t apr\u00e8s les vacances d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, vu que c\u2019est une p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 j\u2019ai beaucoup moins couru. J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 mon planning d\u00e9but septembre pour <strong>33 s\u00e9ances sur 11 semaines<\/strong> donc 3 entra\u00eenements par semaine.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne voulais pas faire plus de 3 par semaine car <strong>j\u2019\u00e9tais d\u00e9j\u00e0 habitu\u00e9 \u00e0 courir 3 fois\/semaine<\/strong>. Avec l\u2019application, le choix de mes jours de sortie et le nombre d\u2019entra\u00eenement,&nbsp;<strong>j\u2019ai pu adapter le programme sans vraiment changer mes habitudes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;<strong>Au fil des entra\u00eenements FREQUENCE Running, je me sentais de mieux en mieux !&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><\/h1>\n<hr>\n<h3>9. Pourquoi as-tu choisi d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pour <strong>avoir un entra\u00eenement \u00ab&nbsp;personnalis\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong> en fonction de mes jours et du nombre de s\u00e9ances par semaine. Mais j\u2019ai aussi choisi cette application, car elle m\u2019a \u00e9tait conseill\u00e9e par Yoann G.-P. <strong>Il m\u2019a dit que si je l\u2019utilisais en suivant bien le programme, je pourrai&nbsp;beaucoup m\u2019am\u00e9liorer.<\/strong> Et effectivement, il a eu raison&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>10.&nbsp;<\/strong>Quelle est ta fonctionnalit\u00e9 pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e de l&rsquo;application ?<\/h3>\n<p>C\u2019est de pouvoir <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/planning-course-a-pied\/\">permuter ou avancer les s\u00e9ances<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;de la semaine. <strong>FREQUENCE Running, c\u2019est l\u2019application qui s\u2019adapte \u00e0 nous et \u00e0 nos journ\u00e9es.<\/strong> Autre point que j\u2019ai appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 sur l\u2019application, lorsque l&rsquo;on supprime une s\u00e9ance (car oui \u00e0 cause de ma douleur au mollet j\u2019ai d\u00fb en sauter quelques-unes \ud83d\ude42 ), on re\u00e7oit un message bienveillant qui nous rassure. Ce n\u2019est pas grave de supprimer les s\u00e9ances, le plan est r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 partir de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/conseil-course2\/\">80% des s\u00e9ances r\u00e9alis\u00e9es<\/a><\/strong>. C\u2019est quand m\u00eame moins culpabilisant quand on essaie de suivre le plan au maximum !<\/p>\n<h3>11.
