Quel type de coureur es-tu ?<\/h3>\n<p>Disons que je suis plut\u00f4t <strong>un coureur route<\/strong>, m\u00eame si j&rsquo;ai dans l&rsquo;optique de me lancer dans le trail et les triathlons prochainement, mais pour le moment, je n&rsquo;ai fait que des courses sur bitume.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;J&rsquo;ai appris l&rsquo;existence de FREQUENCE Running&#8230; Pourquoi ne pas essayer ?&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h1>\n<hr>\n<h3>2. Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 courir ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>J&rsquo;\u00e9tais arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 un point o\u00f9 je me suis dit, il faut perdre du poids<\/strong> (+110kg pour 1m70). J&rsquo;ai donc commenc\u00e9 le sport avec du v\u00e9lo en salle et un peu de renforcement et un jour, je me suis dit pourquoi pas faire un 10 km (je n&rsquo;avais jamais couru avant cela) et \u00e7a \u00e9t\u00e9 le d\u00e9clic. Tout s&rsquo;est encha\u00een\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<h3>3. O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je viens de <strong>banlieue parisienne<\/strong> donc il n&rsquo;y a pas de magnifique paysage. Quelle course as-tu pr\u00e9par\u00e9e ?<\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec l&rsquo;aide de FREQUENCE Running le <strong>Marathon d&rsquo;Amsterdam<\/strong> !&nbsp;J&rsquo;\u00e9tais en retour de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/top-5-des-bonnes-pratiques-pour-eviter-les-blessures-en-course-a-pied\/\">blessure<\/a><\/strong> suite \u00e0 une tentative d&rsquo;Half Ironman et je voulais <strong>me re-fixer un objectif concret<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;Pourquoi ne pas tenter un 10 km ? Depuis, tout s&rsquo;est encha\u00een\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h1>\n<hr>\n<h3>&nbsp;5. Nicolas, comment as-tu v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9pa avec ce&nbsp;plan marathon 4h ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je tiens \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser que c&rsquo;\u00e9tait ma toute premi\u00e8re pr\u00e9paration, car avant \u00e7a, je faisais toutes mes courses aux sensations et au mental.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, j&rsquo;ai appris qu&rsquo;il existait des applications tel que FREQUENCE Running gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une amie qui l&rsquo;utilisait pour une pr\u00e9pa marathon. Quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tes sensations lors de cette course ?<\/h3>\n<p>Le d\u00e9but de ma course s&rsquo;est super bien d\u00e9roul\u00e9 j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 me caler \u00e0 partir du 3\u00e8me kilom\u00e8tre \u00e0 une bonne allure. Peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame un peu trop haute car,&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/5-conseils-pour-reussir-son-marathon\/\">vers le 30\u00e8me, j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 flancher<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;un peu. Mon ressenti global \u00e9tait positif du fait de mon <strong>\u00e9tat de forme et de l&rsquo;ambiance dingue qui r\u00e9gnait sur la course.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>7. Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono ?<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Au moment de d\u00e9marrer la pr\u00e9paration, deux choix \u00e9taient possibles au niveau du temps \u00e0 viser. Un temps \u00ab&nbsp;prudent&nbsp;\u00bb qui \u00e9tait de 4h10, ou un temps \u00ab&nbsp;challenge&nbsp;\u00bb calcul\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 votre <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/definition-vma\/\">VMA<\/a><\/strong> par l&rsquo;application qui \u00e9tait en 4h04.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;aime les d\u00e9fis et j&rsquo;ai donc opt\u00e9 pour le <strong>chrono challenge de 4h04<\/strong>. <strong>J&rsquo;ai termin\u00e9 le marathon en 4h09 <\/strong>avec quelques petits soucis mat\u00e9riels. Quel \u00e9tait ton planning d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je me suis cal\u00e9 sur un rythme de <strong>3 entra\u00eenements par semaine<\/strong> pendant plus de la moiti\u00e9 de ma pr\u00e9paration, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait top.&nbsp;Ensuite, j&rsquo;ai rejoint un club en septembre et l\u00e0 j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 alterner les entra\u00eenements (5 par semaine).<\/p>\n<p>Durant ma pr\u00e9pa je suis pass\u00e9 par des s\u00e9ances qui <strong>m&rsquo;\u00e9tais inconnues telles que les fractionn\u00e9s court\/long, les sorties d&rsquo;endurance<\/strong>. Bref, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert beaucoup de choses gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 FREQUENCE Running et \u00e7a m&rsquo;a vraiment aid\u00e9 \u00e0 progresser.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert des nouvelles s\u00e9ances gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 FREQUENCE Running, \u00e7a m&rsquo;a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 progresser&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h1>\n<hr>\n<h3>9. Pourquoi as-tu choisi d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je voulais me lancer dans quelque chose de structur\u00e9 ! Cela n&rsquo;avait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 le cas auparavant.
