Quel type de coureur es-tu ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je dirais que je suis un Quadra-Runner ! En effet, <strong>j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 faire de la course \u00e0 pied par d\u00e9fi personnel \u00e0 l\u2019aube de mes 40 printemps.<\/strong> Je n\u2019avais aucun pass\u00e9 de sportif notoire. Les d\u00e9buts n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 simples, mais je me suis accroch\u00e9, je me suis inform\u00e9 sur la pratique du running. Aujourd\u2019hui, <strong>je cours 3 \u00e0 4 fois par semaine et je ne peux plus envisager la vie sans la course \u00e0 pied<\/strong>. Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 courir ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Une bonne paire de baskets, un tee-shirt et un short, je franchis le seuil de la porte et j\u2019ai le monde entier qui s\u2019offre \u00e0 moi.<\/strong> La course \u00e0 pied est un sport de libert\u00e9 adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 tous. <strong>Grand, petit, maigre, gros, jeune ou vieux, il suffit de mettre un pied devant l\u2019autre et de recommencer pour devenir coureur.<\/strong> C\u2019est cette facilit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e8s et ces valeurs qui ont fait que je me suis tourn\u00e9 naturellement vers ce sport d\u2019endurance.<\/p>\n<h3>3. O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>J\u2019ai la chance de r\u00e9sider \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la for\u00eat d\u2019Olhain dans le Pas de Calais, un immense terrain de jeu vallonn\u00e9 dans un \u00e9crin de verdure. J\u2019y passe donc la majeure partie de mes sorties baskets aux pieds. <strong>Sinon d\u00e8s que je le peux je m\u2019\u00e9vade en Haute-Savoie o\u00f9 j\u2019ai un pied-\u00e0-terre pour aller manger du d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 positif<\/strong>. Quelle course as-tu pr\u00e9par\u00e9e ?<\/h3>\n<p>La derni\u00e8re que j\u2019ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9e, c\u2019est une course locale, les <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.10kmsderuitz.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">10km de Ruitz<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;qui se d\u00e9roule chaque ann\u00e9e en octobre dans le village o\u00f9 j\u2019ai grandi. J\u00e9r\u00e9my, comment as-tu v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9pa avec ce&nbsp;plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement pour les 10km de Ruitz ?<\/h3>\n<p>J\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert l\u2019application FREQUENCE Running \u00e0 seulement quelques semaines de la course pr\u00e9par\u00e9e. Mon choix a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 de suivre&nbsp;<strong>le plan d\u2019entra\u00eenement personnalis\u00e9 sur 3 semaines et demie<\/strong>. Les s\u00e9ances m&rsquo;ont tout de suite parues int\u00e9ressantes et vari\u00e9es. J\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert une nouvelle fa\u00e7on de s\u2019entra\u00eener.<strong> L\u2019appli nous guide sortie apr\u00e8s sortie, \u00e7a \u00e9t\u00e9 un plaisir de l\u2019utiliser au quotidien<\/strong>. Quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tes sensations lors de cette course ?<\/h3>\n<p>Sur les 10km de Ruitz, le parcours est atypique, difficile alors de respecter l\u2019allure conseill\u00e9e par FREQUENCE Running. En effet, il s\u2019agit de 2 boucles de 5 km avec des chemins techniques et des c\u00f4tes pour un d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 positif de 120m au total. J\u2019ai essay\u00e9 de r\u00e9guler mon allure en fonction de la typologie du terrain. J\u2019avais pr\u00e9par\u00e9 la course, km par km avec des temps r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<strong> J\u2019ai su les respecter et je suis tomb\u00e9 \u00e0 1 seconde de mon objectif<\/strong>. Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono ?<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Il peut para\u00eetre anecdotique pour les runners confirm\u00e9s, mais adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 ma jeune exp\u00e9rience de quadra-runner. Pourquoi as-tu choisi d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n<p>Pas facile de cr\u00e9er son propre programme d\u2019entra\u00eenement soi-m\u00eame et pas forc\u00e9ment les moyens de me payer un coach personnel. <strong>FREQUENCE Running me semblait \u00eatre une solution alternative int\u00e9ressante et \u00e9conomique<\/strong>. Je ne me suis pas tromp\u00e9, je pense l\u2019avoir adopt\u00e9e !<\/p>\n<h3><strong>10.&nbsp;<\/strong>Quelle est ta fonctionnalit\u00e9 pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e de FREQUENCE PREMIUM ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je le disais, la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019agencer le programmes et les s\u00e9ances comme bon me semble est une fonction super agr\u00e9able. Cependant, ce que j\u2019ai pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9, c\u2019est le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=UsQD0sAhlsE\">smart chrono<\/a> super utile lors des s\u00e9ances de fractionn\u00e9<\/strong>.
