En plus d&rsquo;apporter des min\u00e9raux indispensables, cette recette est d\u00e9licieuse !<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #083252;\">RECEtte de la barre cacao et baies de goji&nbsp; PAR BIO C\u2019 BON<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 2 barres environ)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>80g de dattes ou figues<\/li>\n<li>20g d\u2019amandes<\/li>\n<li>20g de noix de cajou<\/li>\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de chocolat cru en poudre<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe de baies de goji<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration de la recette<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<p><em>Hacher les dattes, les amandes et les noix de cajou. Malaxer.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ajouter&nbsp; le chocolat en poudre et les baies de goji.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Former une boule.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Etaler le m\u00e9lange sur une feuille de papier cuisson afin de former \u00e0 la main un rectangle d\u2019 1\/2cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur.
