et fraises par Bio C Bon<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients <\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de flocons d\u2019avoine<\/li>\n<li>80 g de miel<\/li>\n<li>125 g de sucre blond<\/li>\n<li>50 g de pomme coup\u00e9e en petits morceaux<\/li>\n<li>50 g de fraises s\u00e9ch\u00e9es coup\u00e9es en petits morceaux<\/li>\n<li>125g de beurre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration de la recette<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<p>Commencer par mettre dans une po\u00eale le beurre et le sucre en le&nbsp;faisant fondre doucement, puis ajouter le miel et m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque que le m\u00e9lange vous semble lisse, verser les flocons&nbsp;d\u2019avoines, bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>Puis terminer en ajoutant les fraises s\u00e9ch\u00e9es et les pommes en&nbsp;petits d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Prendre un moule de cuisson recouvert de papier cuisson, verser&nbsp;la pr\u00e9paration dessus, l\u2019\u00e9taler sur une \u00e9paisseur de 4mm environ.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre le plat dans un four chaud \u00e0 180\u00b0C et faire cuire la&nbsp;pr\u00e9paration pendant 30min.<\/p>\n<p>Le biscuit doit \u00eatre un peu dor\u00e9 \u00e0 la sortie du four.<\/p>\n<p>Attendre 2min avant de d\u00e9couper des barres dans la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Puis attendre que le plat soit compl\u00e8tement froid pour les&nbsp;d\u00e9tacher.<\/p>\n<h6><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence.app.link\/oBmjsdmOPP\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><noscript><img class=\"aligncenter
