Quel type de coureur es-tu ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je suis un coureur de taille et poids moyen, tr\u00e8s sportif pour qui la comp\u00e9tition est un moteur pour se surpasser davantage. Pendant 25 ans, j&rsquo;ai exerc\u00e9 un tout autre sport&#8230; Le basket.<\/p>\n<p>Maintenant, je souhaite me consacrer pleinement \u00e0 la course \u00e0 pied. Cela me tenait \u00e0 c\u0153ur d&rsquo;essayer depuis un certain temps et c&rsquo;est pourquoi <strong>j&rsquo;ai franchi le pas depuis quelques mois.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;Ce qui me pla\u00eet dans la course \u00e0 pied, c&rsquo;est le d\u00e9passement de soi&#8230;&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h1>\n<hr>\n<h3>2. Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai toujours aim\u00e9 courir ! Ce qui me pla\u00eet dans la course \u00e0 pied, c&rsquo;est le d\u00e9passement de soi, de courir dans la nature croisant parfois des animaux. <strong>J&rsquo;aime aussi l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;apprendre \u00e0 conna\u00eetre ses limites pour toujours essayer de les repousser au maximum.<\/strong> Se mesurer aux autres me donne aussi une \u00e9nergie suppl\u00e9mentaire pour toujours faire mieux (c&rsquo;est mon c\u00f4t\u00e9 comp\u00e9titeur hihi).<\/p>\n<h3>3. O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je cours principalement sur route \u00e0 travers les vignes propres \u00e0 la r\u00e9gion Angevine. Ici, le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/terrains-privilegier-courir\/\">terrain<\/a><\/strong> est plut\u00f4t vallonn\u00e9 avec tr\u00e8s peu de plat. Cela me permet de faire des entra\u00eenements un peu plus durs.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Quelle course as-tu pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ?<\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 les 10K de Cholet dont la date \u00e9tait le 28 octobre. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait un second test pour moi puisque le 16\/09 j&rsquo;ai termin\u00e9 le <strong>10K d&rsquo;Angers en 45&rsquo;24 <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/5k-ou-10k-avant-un-marathon\/\">en objectif interm\u00e9diaire<\/a><\/strong>. Avec 500 coureurs environ au d\u00e9part, <strong>j&rsquo;\u00e9tais impatient de pouvoir mesurer les r\u00e9sultats de ma pr\u00e9paration et de conna\u00eetre l&rsquo;ambiance d&rsquo;une course.<\/strong> C&rsquo;est une course qui n&rsquo;est pas tr\u00e8s exigeante et difficile pour une premi\u00e8re officielle !<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;Les entra\u00eenements sont tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9s ce qui est pour moi le point fort de cette application&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h1>\n<hr>\n<h3>&nbsp;5. Comment as-tu v\u00e9cu la pr\u00e9pa avec ce&nbsp;plan 10K 40 minutes ?<\/h3>\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration avec l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running s&rsquo;est plut\u00f4t bien pass\u00e9 avec cependant 3 s\u00e9ances que <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/conseil-course2\/\"><strong>j&rsquo;ai d\u00fb<\/strong> <strong>annuler<\/strong><\/a> \u00e0 cause des fortes chaleurs et de ma vie de famille qu&rsquo;il faut adapter. Je trouve cette application surprenante au vu de mes chronos et surtout des effets ressentis en si peu de temps. Quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tes sensations lors du 10K de Cholet ?<\/h3>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but de la course, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais un peu nerveux, mais une fois le d\u00e9part donn\u00e9, je me suis concentr\u00e9 sur la course que je devais faire et le temps que je m&rsquo;\u00e9tais fix\u00e9. Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono ?<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Je m&rsquo;\u00e9tais fix\u00e9 comme objectif de faire moins de 50 min. Ce que je n&rsquo;avais jamais r\u00e9alis\u00e9 auparavant. L&rsquo;application me donnait un potentiel de chrono \u00e0&nbsp;<strong>45min et 8 secondes et au final, j&rsquo;ai fait 42 min et 36 secondes<\/strong>. J&rsquo;\u00e9tais super content de cette performance !<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>8. Quel \u00e9tait ton planning d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je me suis pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 raison de 3 s\u00e9ances par semaine durant 3 semaines seulement pour ce plan 10K en 42 minutes.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;<strong>J&rsquo;aime aussi l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;apprendre \u00e0 conna\u00eetre ses limites pour toujours essayer de les repousser au maximum.<\/strong>\u00ab&nbsp;<\/h1>\n<hr>\n<h3>9. Pourquoi as-tu choisi d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n<p>Vous allez rire, mais j&rsquo;ai choisi l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running compl\u00e8tement par hasard en regardant sur le Play Store. <strong>Je regardais les nombreux avis des utilisateurs et cherchais \u00e0 savoir si les gens en \u00e9taient satisfaits.<\/strong> <strong>Et au regard des notes, j&rsquo;ai vu que la notation moyenne \u00e9tait de 4,7<\/strong> ! C&rsquo;est une bonne note pour une application de running.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai veill\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;application ne consomme pas trop de batterie et d&rsquo;internet avec le GPS. Enfin bref, si FREQUENCE Running \u00e9tait fiable ! <strong>Alors je me suis lanc\u00e9 !<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>10. Quel est ton prochain objectif de course ?<\/h3>\n<p>Mon prochain objectif va \u00eatre un semi-marathon dans le courant de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2019, mais avec toujours quelques 10 km entre-temps. <strong>Mon objectif sera de toujours faire mieux \u00e0 chaque fois !<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>11. Un message \u00e0 ajouter ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je tiens \u00e0 remercier ma femme et mes 2 filles pour leur pr\u00e9sence et leurs encouragements sur l&rsquo;ensemble des courses auxquelles je participe.&nbsp; C&rsquo;est un vrai moteur pour moi \u00e0 chaque passage devant elles.
