Quels types de coureurs \u00eates-vous ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Marjorie<\/strong> : Je cours r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement depuis 5 ans. Minimum deux s\u00e9ances par semaine. Je fais quelques courses pendant l\u2019ann\u00e9e avec notamment des 10km et des semi-marathons.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Simon<\/strong> :&nbsp;J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 courir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement fin 2015 en pr\u00e9parant le semi-marathon de Tout Rennes Court et ensuite j\u2019ai fait 3 ou 4 10km\/par an. L\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re en pr\u00e9parant le semi de Tout Rennes Court en vacances, nous nous sommes dit que <strong>faire une course \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger au d\u00e9but de nos vacances \u00e9tait un bon moyen d\u2019allier nos deux centres d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat :<\/strong> <strong>la course et les voyages !<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>2. Quelle est la raison qui vous a motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 courir ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Marjorie<\/strong> : C&rsquo;est un des seul sport que l\u2019on peut pratiquer sans adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 un club.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Simon<\/strong> : Pour plusieurs raisons : me mettre \u00e0 refaire du sport et au fur \u00e0 mesure le plaisir d\u2019augmenter les distances ou am\u00e9liorer mes chronos. Dans nos amis, nous avons aussi des coureurs qui aiment les grandes distances (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.100kmdemillau.com\/\">100km de Millau<\/a><\/strong>, l\u2019<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.raid-golfe-morbihan.org\/\">Ultra Marin<\/a><\/strong> pour le premier ou la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/utmbmontblanc.com\/fr\/page\/23\/23.html\">PTL<\/a><\/strong> pour le deuxi\u00e8me). <strong>Ils nous ont pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 aller au-del\u00e0 du semi&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>3. O\u00f9 aimez-vous courir ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Marjorie<\/strong> : En campagne. Marjorie et Simon, comment avez-vous v\u00e9cu la pr\u00e9paration avec le plan marathon 4h de FREQUENCE Running version PREMIUM ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Marjorie<\/strong> : Tr\u00e8s pratique pour voir les futures s\u00e9ances et la courbe d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de mes performances. Quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vos sensations pendant la course ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Marjorie<\/strong> :&nbsp;Jusqu\u2019au 30\u00e8me km \u00e7a \u00e9t\u00e9 mais apr\u00e8s jambes dures. J&rsquo;ai quand m\u00eame \u00e9vit\u00e9 le pire et le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/5-conseils-pour-reussir-son-marathon\/\">mur du 30\u00e8me<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Simon<\/strong> : Un d\u00e9part tranquille. Dans le dur du 18\u00e8me au 25\u00e8me, c\u2019\u00e9tait une grande mont\u00e9e, sur certaines portions les voitures circulaient sur la voie juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9. C\u2019\u00e9tait assez sp\u00e9cial comme atmosph\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Ma strat\u00e9gie \u00e9tait d\u2019essayer de ne pas arriver trop entam\u00e9 en haut du parcours au moment de faire le demi-tour (~30km). Le d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 n\u00e9gatif m\u2019a bien aid\u00e9 \u00e0 passer le mur du 30 au 40e. Sur les derniers kilom\u00e8tres, il y avait de plus en plus de monde, toute la route \u00e9tait occup\u00e9e par les spectateurs. On ne pouvait passer qu\u2019\u00e0 1 ou 2 personnes maximum. <strong>Une ambiance de Tour de France \u00e0 l\u2019Alpes d\u2019Huez<\/strong>. Je ne parle pas espagnol, mais j\u2019ai bien compris ce que voulais dire \u00ab Vamos maratonistas ! \u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Quels \u00e9taient vos objectifs de chrono ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Marjorie<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>&amp; Simon<\/strong> : Nous avions 3 objectifs en prenant le d\u00e9part du marathon :<br>\n<strong>&#8211; Finir le marathon (ensemble),<\/strong><br>\n<strong>&#8211; Ne pas s\u2019arr\u00eater\/marcher en dehors des ravitaillements,<\/strong><br>\n<strong>&#8211; Finir en 4h15.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On a atteint les deux premiers et nous avons fini le marathon de Medell\u00edn en <strong>4h22min18s<\/strong>. <strong>On est pas si loin de notre objectif ! Quel \u00e9tait votre planning (nombre de s\u00e9ances et de semaines) d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Marjorie<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>&amp; Simon<\/strong> : : Nous avons suivi un plan marathon 4h comprenant 4 s\u00e9ances par semaine sur 8 semaines. Les quelques semaines avant le plan, nous avions programm\u00e9 2 ou 3 s\u00e9ances\/semaines pour garder un fond de condition physique.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;On adore le c\u00f4t\u00e9 ludique de l\u2019application par rapport aux plans papier&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3>9. Pourquoi avez-vous choisi d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running pour vous pr\u00e9parer ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Marjorie<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>&amp; Simon<\/strong> : On l\u2019a d\u00e9j\u00e0 test\u00e9 pour des semis et c\u2019\u00e9tait parfait.&nbsp;On adore le c\u00f4t\u00e9 ludique de l\u2019application (le fait de valider ses s\u00e9ances \u00e0 chaque sorties) par rapport aux plans papier. Un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 positif est qu&rsquo;elle indique des s\u00e9ances vari\u00e9es en donnant des indications en km\/h.
