Il faut souvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent une heure avant le d\u00e9part si on ne veut pas partir en queue de peloton. De longues minutes pendant lesquelles vous risquez de vous refroidir. Pr\u00e9voyez \u00e0 cette occasion une veste imperm\u00e9able et coupe-vent compressible que vous replierez dans une poche au moment de la course.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est l\u00e0 tout l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de la combinaison Ultra Rain Jacket + Ultra Carrier Shirt&nbsp;: une veste de pluie ultra-compressible qui se range dans les poches arri\u00e8re d\u2019un maillot technique et respirant.<\/p>\n<p>Le marathon est une \u00e9preuve longue que vous courrez en 3h30 \u00e0 4h30 si vous faites partie du gros du peloton.&nbsp; Les meilleurs s\u2019en sortent en \u00e0 peine 2h et on avoisine les 6h pour les plus lents. Privil\u00e9gier les t-shirts techniques&nbsp;: pr\u00e8s du corps en hiver pour tenir chaud et laisser s\u2019\u00e9couler la transpiration, plus amples en \u00e9t\u00e9 pour plus de confort et d\u2019a\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Un short en \u00e9t\u00e9 ou un collant en polyester\/\u00e9lasthanne en hiver<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Vous devez vous sentir parfaitement \u00e0 l\u2019aise dans vos baskets. Choisir des chaussures techniques avec un bon amorti pour se prot\u00e9ger des chocs contre le bitume. Eviter les chaussures neuves ou trop us\u00e9es.
