Premier objectif de la saison pour la jeune femme, <strong>le semi de Cancale\/St Malo<\/strong> du 2 septembre ! Quel type de coureuse es-tu ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je cours r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement depuis 5 ans, \u00e0 raison de 3 s\u00e9ances\/semaine, au minimum. Ma 1\u00e8re comp\u00e9tition c&rsquo;\u00e9tait le 7,5 km de la F\u00e9minine Yves Rocher du <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/tout-savoir-sur-le-marathon-vert-de-rennes\/\"><strong>Marathon Vert de Rennes,<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;en octobre 2015. Depuis j\u2019ai fait quelques trails, le plus long sur 15 km et pas mal de courses de 10 km. J&rsquo;ai int\u00e9gr\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e un club d\u2019athl\u00e9tisme cette ann\u00e9e pour am\u00e9liorer mes chronos, <strong>tout en gardant mon coach digital, FREQUENCE Running !<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>2. Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 courir ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>J\u2019ai toujours aim\u00e9 courir.<\/strong> J\u2019ai achet\u00e9 un tapis de course il y a 5 ans, car courir seule me faisait peur. Je me suis pas mal entra\u00een\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 \u00e7a et j\u2019ai fini par me lancer \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur. Depuis j\u2019exerce sur <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/terrains-privilegier-courir\/\">diff\u00e9rents sols<\/a> <\/strong>!<\/p>\n<h3>3. O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>C\u2019est tr\u00e8s nature autour de chez moi, j\u2019ai pas mal de sentiers, de petits chemins et de sous-bois<\/strong>. C\u2019est vari\u00e9 et vallonn\u00e9. Sinon, je vais sur les bords de Rance jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Dinan. C\u2019est plat, sur une longue distance : cela permet de bosser l\u2019endurance.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Quelle course as-tu pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ?<\/h3>\n<p>J\u2019ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 le <strong>semi marathon de Cancale\/Saint-Malo<\/strong> avec FREQUENCE Running et particip\u00e9 \u00e0 3 courses de 10 km entre juin et ao\u00fbt. Comment as-tu v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9paration avec l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n<p>Comme un coach derri\u00e8re moi, <strong>j\u2019ai pass\u00e9 5 mois et demi \u00e0 me donner \u00e0 fond et il le fallait, parce que seule, je ne pense pas que je serai arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 ce r\u00e9sultat<\/strong>. Il y a juste 3 s\u00e9ances que je n\u2019ai pu faire, faute de temps. Mais il y a cette petite phrase dans l\u2019appli qui rassure, sur le fait que supprimer une s\u00e9ance n\u2019entrave en rien le plan mais permet de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer. Cela rassure sur sa pr\u00e9paration et son plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement !<\/p>\n<h3>6. Quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tes sensations lors de la course ?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"ox-aef1958a92-MsoNormal\"><strong>De superbes sensations, des ondes positives, je ne pourrais l\u2019expliquer<\/strong>. Et pourtant, de la veille jusqu\u2019au d\u00e9part, j\u2019avais cette boule au ventre. PAN&nbsp;! C&rsquo;est le d\u00e9part, je suis dans ma bulle. Je pars un peu frein\u00e9e par les coureurs devant moi, je m\u2019\u00e9tais mal plac\u00e9 dans le SAS.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ox-aef1958a92-MsoNormal\">Mais je finis ensuite par trouver ma place et une allure r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. Je m\u2019hydrate au ravitaillement du 12<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup>&nbsp;km et jusqu\u2019au 16<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup>&nbsp;km, tout est au vert. Sur l&rsquo;avant-derni\u00e8re bonne c\u00f4te, une raideur dans mes mollets se fait ressentir&#8230; Elle me suivra un peu plus loin que l\u2019arriv\u00e9e. <strong>Mais le mental a \u00e9t\u00e9 plus fort !<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>7. Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je voulais surtout terminer sous les 2h. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait d\u20191h55 d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s l\u2019application. Quel \u00e9tait ton plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement (nombre de s\u00e9ances et de semaines) ?<\/h3>\n<p>J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 il y a 24 semaines pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, le 19 mars, soit <strong>68 s\u00e9ances \u00e0 raison de 3 entrainements par semaine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;Comme je suis avide et curieuse de nouvelles choses, j\u2019ai t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9 l\u2019appli.
