Pourtant vous \u00eates nombreux \u00e0 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/habiller-course-hiver\/\">braver les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de fa\u00e7on plus ou moins judicieuse<\/a><\/strong> et \u00e0 attraper un gros rhume apr\u00e8s une sortie dans le froid.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Une chose \u00e0 \u00e9viter tout d\u2019abord<\/span><\/strong>, est de courir alors que vous \u00eates en pleine digestion. L\u2019estomac pompe \u00e9norm\u00e9ment d\u2019\u00e9nergie, \u00e9nergie que vous ne pourrez pas utiliser pour vous r\u00e9chauffer. Evitez aussi de vous lancer alors que vous \u00eates fatigu\u00e9s&nbsp;: le corps fonctionne au ralenti et donc se r\u00e9chauffe moins bien.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 savoir que le corps perd un tiers de sa chaleur via la t\u00eate, un autre via l\u2019estomac et le dernier via les muscles. Un t-shirt technique \u00e0 manches longues est parfait dans ce r\u00f4le.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Pour vous isoler du froid caus\u00e9 par le vent, ajouter une couche fine du type coupe-vent et imperm\u00e9able. Elle cr\u00e9era une deuxi\u00e8me pellicule d\u2019air isolante, aliment\u00e9e en air chaud par votre corps lorsque vous courrez.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>En cas de grand froid on enfilera une polaire fine, pour isoler du froid sans retenir la transpiration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Se prot\u00e9ger les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s&nbsp;: porter des gants, placer un foulard devant sa bouche pour respirer un air plus temp\u00e9r\u00e9, un bonnet et ne pas trop serrer ses chaussures (pour garder une couche d\u2019air isolante)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Au niveau des jambes, pr\u00e9voir un collant plus ou moins \u00e9pais selon l\u2019intensit\u00e9 du froid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #1dd3d1;\">Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;effort :<\/span><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Une fois l\u2019effort termin\u00e9<\/span>, veillez \u00e0 ne pas rester statique avant d\u2019\u00eatre dans un endroit chaud et d\u2019avoir enfil\u00e9 des v\u00eatements secs.
