Pour vous aider \u00e0 courir \u00e0 Paris sereinement et choisir l&rsquo;endroit adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 votre s\u00e9ance d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement, nous avons s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 les meilleurs endroits o\u00f9 allonger sa plus belle foul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>1 &#8211; Canal de l&rsquo;Ourcq (Parc de la Villette)<\/h2>\n<p>Le canal de l&rsquo;Ourcq avec ses 90kms de longueur nous offre un terrain tr\u00e8s roulant, parfait pour r\u00e9aliser <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/sortie-longue\/\"><strong>une sortie longue<\/strong><\/a>. La partie am\u00e9nag\u00e9e du canal d\u00e9bute au niveau de la station de m\u00e9tro Jaur\u00e8s et traverse le parc de la Villette. On se souvient notamment de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/mina-est-semi-marathonienne-de-paris\/\">notre runneuse Mina<\/a><\/strong> qui arpente le canal pour ses sessions&#8230; Vous pouvez profitez des lignes droites bien plates pour faire une s\u00e9ance FREQUENCE Running de 10min de 30 secondes acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration et 30 secondes de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.&nbsp;Allez, on lance le smartchrono !<\/p>\n<h2>2 &#8211; Les buttes Chaumont<\/h2>\n<p>Si vous \u00eatre branch\u00e9 trail et que la grimpette ne vous fait pas peur, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;endroit qu&rsquo;il vous faut ! Foncez courir \u00e0 Paris, en nature, aux portes de la ville !<\/p>\n<h2>4 &#8211; Le jardin des Tuileries<\/h2>\n<p>Entre le mus\u00e9e du Louvre et la place de la Concorde, le jardin des Tuileries est le plus ancien des grands parcs parisiens. Ce jardin \u00e0 la fran\u00e7aise dessin\u00e9 par Andr\u00e9 Len\u00f4tre a l&rsquo;avantage d&rsquo;\u00eatre plat, avec un sol souple qui&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/top-5-des-bonnes-pratiques-pour-eviter-les-blessures-en-course-a-pied\/\"><strong>minimisera les blessures<\/strong><\/a>. En mode fractionn\u00e9 court, faites des boucles autour des deux lacs, ou autour de l&rsquo;hippodrome de Longchamps. Avec son l\u00e9gendaire faux plat et aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/le-cyclisme-dans-lentrainement-en-course-a-pied\/\">cyclistes en peloton<\/a>, vous y verrez des coureurs m\u00eame le <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/courir-dans-le-froid-2\/\">soir en hiver<\/a>, avec une frontale pour la partie non \u00e9clair\u00e9e. Et pour une sortie endurance, prenez les nombreux chemins qui le serpentent de part en part, \u00e0 l&rsquo;ombre des sous-bois. Bonus, certaines routes sont ferm\u00e9es aux voitures le week-end. Vous pouvez r\u00e9aliser une boucle de plus de 3km sur un sol souple et avec en prime, une vue imprenable sur la tour Eiffel. Pour faire sa s\u00e9ance de fractionn\u00e9 long comme des 1000m, 2000m et 3000m, le terrain est plus qu&rsquo;adapt\u00e9. De nombreuses parterre fleuris jalonneront votre parcours. Id\u00e9al pour r\u00e9aliser un footing de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. Avec un peu de chance vous croiserez s\u00fbrement quelques c\u00e9l\u00e9brit\u00e9s qui habitent ce quartier hupp\u00e9. Pas de probl\u00e8me, le tour du parc totalise 1km100. Et c&rsquo;est un v\u00e9ritable flux de coureur qui va vous entrainer dans votre footing. La portion la plus pris\u00e9e par les runners est celle qui part du mus\u00e9e du quai d&rsquo;Orsay jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la tour Eiffel environ (environ 2,5km). Et vous pouvez ais\u00e9ment courir en espace pi\u00e9tonnier de la Gare de Lyon jusqu&rsquo;au pont Garigliano, en changeant de rive vers les Tuileries. De quoi faire une <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/sortie-longue\/\">sortie longue<\/a><\/strong> en plein Paris, \u00e0 n&rsquo;importe quelle heure, n&rsquo;importe quelle saison.
