Quel type de coureur es-tu ?<\/h3>\n<p>Il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, je courais peut-\u00eatre une vingtaine de kilom\u00e8tres par mois, puis suite \u00e0 une mauvaise fracture j\u2019ai totalement arr\u00eat\u00e9. J\u2019ai vraiment repris la course il y a un peu plus d\u2019un an. Au d\u00e9part avec des intensit\u00e9s trop soutenues ce qui m\u2019a valu quelques petites blessures et tendinites chroniques. <strong>J\u2019ai r\u00e9appris \u00e0 courir raisonnablement au fil du temps et \u00e0 m\u2019\u00e9quiper correctement<\/strong>. Aujourd\u2019hui, je fais <strong>trois \u00e0 cinq sorties par semaine<\/strong>. Soit tout seul, soit avec un ami ou soit avec l\u2019association dont je fais partie, les <a href=\"http:\/\/www.caenrunners.com\/\"><strong>Caen Runners<\/strong><\/a> qui regroupent plusieurs dizaines d\u2019adeptes du running, du trial\u2026 et surtout avec une super ambiance.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>Au d\u00e9part, je ne sais pas. Je suis rentr\u00e9 du travail un jour o\u00f9 il faisait beau et je me suis dit \u00ab j\u2019irais bien courir \u00bb. Puis, au fil du temps je me suis fix\u00e9 des objectifs de temps et de distances &#8211; un dix kilom\u00e8tres pour commencer, puis un semi pour en arriver \u00e0 courir un marathon.<\/p>\n<h3>3. O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>J\u2019aime beaucoup partir de Caen et aller sur ce qu\u2019on appelle <strong>la voie verte<\/strong>. C\u2019est une piste cyclable qui longe l\u2019orne et va jusqu\u2019en suisse-normande. Il n\u2019y a aucune voiture. Sinon j\u2019aime aussi <strong>courir dans la for\u00eat de Grimbosq<\/strong> ; c\u2019est un terrain g\u00e9nial si l\u2019on veut progresser avec toutes les mont\u00e9es que nous propose cet endroit.<\/p>\n<p>Le mieux est d\u2019y aller l\u2019hiver lorsqu\u2019il fait nuit avec sa frontale. On y entend seulement les animaux. C\u2019est surement un des parcours les plus apaisant. Un jour j\u2019\u00e9tais all\u00e9 courir avec <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/top-5-des-conseils-pour-courir-la-nuit\/\">un ami en plein hiver, il faisait nuit et commen\u00e7ait \u00e0 neiger<\/a><\/strong>. On a entendu un bruit dans le sous-bois, j\u2019ai donc tourn\u00e9 la t\u00eate pour tenter d\u2019apercevoir quelque chose. La frontale a seulement fait briller deux paires d\u2019yeux verts \u00e0 dix m\u00e8tres de nous. Quelle course as-tu pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ?<\/h3>\n<p>J\u2019ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/tout-savoir-sur-le-marathon-de-paris\/\">Marathon de Paris<\/a><\/strong> 2018 et donc indirectement le semi-marathon de Bayeux qui se tenait deux semaines avant les 42,195 kilom\u00e8tres de Paris. Puis, plus r\u00e9cemment le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/plan-entrainement-semi-marathon.html\">semi-marathon<\/a><\/strong> Pegasus des <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/j-30-avant-les-courants-de-la-liberte\/\"><strong>Courants de la Libert\u00e9<\/strong><\/a> de Caen.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;Apr\u00e8s le marathon de Paris, objectif semi-marathon \u00e0 Caen&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3>&nbsp;5. Simon, comment as-tu v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9paration avec l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai plut\u00f4t bien v\u00e9cu le plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement semi propos\u00e9 par l&rsquo;application ! La <strong>pr\u00e9paration se fait vraiment en douceur<\/strong>, et c\u2019est plut\u00f4t bien de pouvoir inverser les s\u00e9ances sur la semaine. <strong>Les fractionn\u00e9s propos\u00e9s sont vari\u00e9s et permettent vraiment de progresser<\/strong>. J\u2019ai pu faire quelques sorties avec les Caen Runners tout en suivant ma pr\u00e9paration. Quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tes sensations lors de la course ?<\/h3>\n<p>Le semi de la Pegasus a vraiment \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re course pendant laquelle j\u2019ai pris du plaisir du d\u00e9part jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e. Les premiers kilom\u00e8tres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 un peu compliqu\u00e9s car je n\u2019ai pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 bien me placer dans mon SAS de d\u00e9part et les d\u00e9passements \u00e9taient quasi impossibles. Mais d\u00e8s que le peloton s\u2019est \u00e9tir\u00e9 il a fallu que je rattrape mon retard ; ce qui a plut\u00f4t bien march\u00e9. Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Je m\u2019\u00e9tais fix\u00e9 aux alentours de 1h40<\/strong> en ne sachant pas trop \u00e0 quoi m\u2019attendre compte tenu de la difficult\u00e9 de ce semi qui a la particularit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre en d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 positif tout le long. Sur les cinq derniers kilom\u00e8tres je tentais de faire mes calculs pour savoir quelles allures je devais tenir pour arriver sous les 1h40. Au 19\u00e8me kilom\u00e8tre j\u2019en \u00e9tais \u00e0 environ \u00e0 1h29 et les jambes \u00e9taient encore fra\u00eeches, je savais que si je tenais l\u2019objectif serait rempli. <strong>L\u2019arriv\u00e9e s\u2019est faite \u00e0 1h38:48<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>8. Quel \u00e9tait ton planning (nombre de s\u00e9ances et de semaines) d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/h3>\n<p>J\u2019ai attaqu\u00e9 la pr\u00e9paration un mois avant la course avec un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/plan-entrainement-semi-marathon.html\">plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement semi<\/a> <\/strong>en <strong>trois sorties par semaine<\/strong> avec FREQUENCE Running et une \u00e0 deux sorties pour le plaisir (sortie longue, s\u00e9ance de cotes ou fractionn\u00e9).<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;trois entra\u00eenements par semaine, plus quelques sorties plaisir&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3>9. Pourquoi as-tu choisi d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n<p id=\"ox-58c6b167d7-divtagdefaultwrapper\" dir=\"ltr\">J\u2019avais vaguement entendu parler de cette application gr\u00e2ce aux Caen Runners et apr\u00e8s m\u2019\u00eatre inscrit sur un coup de t\u00eate au marathon de Paris, il valait mieux que je trouve un plan d\u2019entrainement. J\u2019ai donc test\u00e9 quelques s\u00e9ances sur l\u2019application et je l\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 vraiment compl\u00e8te en sentant la progression se faire au fil des s\u00e9ances.<\/p>\n<h3>10.
