Ces crampes surviennent principalement de la&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/hydratation-poisson-leau\/\">d\u00e9shydration<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;et d&rsquo;une carence en sel min\u00e9raux. La principale raison de leur apparition est l&rsquo;accumulation de <strong>fatigue musculaire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;apparition des crampes est plus&nbsp;fr\u00e9quent sur les courses longues<\/strong> (semi,&nbsp;marathon et au-del\u00e0) et les deux principales cons\u00e9quences sont :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Une hyperexcitabilit\u00e9 des motoneurones<\/strong> entrainant &nbsp;une contraction permanente du&nbsp;muscle<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre<\/strong> entre les r\u00e9cepteurs donnant de mauvaises informations sur l\u2019<strong>\u00e9tat de&nbsp;tension du muscle<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour les \u00e9viter, <strong>pensez \u00e0 vous hydrater r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sur votre course, \u00e0 bien vous alimenter et \u00e0 \u00e9couter votre corps.<\/strong>&nbsp;Une <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/boissons-effort-sport\/\">boisson \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/a><\/strong> contenant des sels min\u00e9raux est le parfait alli\u00e9 pr\u00e9vention des crampes. N&rsquo;oubliez pas non plus <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/top-5-des-bonnes-pratiques-pour-eviter-les-blessures-en-course-a-pied\/\">d&rsquo;\u00e9chauffer<\/a><\/strong> progressivement vos muscles, pour les pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 mener un effort physique soutenu.<\/p>\n<h3>Les t\u00e9tons br\u00fbl\u00e9s et autres frottements<\/h3>\n<p>Vous \u00eates peut-\u00eatre victime \u00e9galement d&rsquo;<strong>irritation&nbsp;aux t\u00e9tons lors d\u2019un effort prolong\u00e9<\/strong>&#8230; Ce bobo touche avant tout les hommes, les femmes \u00e9tant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement prot\u00e9g\u00e9es par leur brassi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Un textile technique trop abrasif ou un coton humide finit par irriter la peau sur les zones de frottement. A<strong>llant de la simple irritation au saignement complet des t\u00e9tons<\/strong>, ce probl\u00e8me touche plus sp\u00e9cifiquement les marathoniens et autres coureurs longue distance.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les \u00e9viter, diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes s&rsquo;offre \u00e0 vous :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bannir les vieux t-shirts en coton<\/strong> en favorisant des t-shirts techniques respirants et doux<\/li>\n<li><strong>Apposer des pansements sur les t\u00e9tons<\/strong> pour les prot\u00e9ger (attention, votre pilosit\u00e9 peut entraver l&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence du pansement)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recouvrir le mamelon d\u2019une \u00e9paisse couche de p\u00e2te \u00e0 l\u2019eau<\/strong> (Aloplastine simple) isolant le mamelon de l\u2019humidit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li><strong>Investir<\/strong> dans un pot de vaseline ou de cr\u00e8me anti-frottements, puis en appliquer sur les zones sensibles : t\u00e9tons mais aussi aisselles, aine. Attention aux irritations y compris avec ces \u00e9quipements sp\u00e9cifiques. Percez l&rsquo;ongle doucement avec cette pointe, mais arr\u00eatez vous d\u00e8s l&rsquo;avoir travers\u00e9. Presser-le ensuite afin que le sang puisse s&rsquo;\u00e9vacuer par le trou. A plus forte raison lorsque ces <strong>efforts physiques se produisent dans un contexte chaud et humide, <\/strong>notamment avec de la transpiration.
