Pour optimiser son agenda, Yoann profite du v\u00e9lotaf et du&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/le-runnotaf-pour-allier-entrainement-et-transport\/\">runnotaf<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;pour accumuler les heures d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement \u00e0 la place des transports. On l&rsquo;oublie trop souvent mais l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement \u00e0 intensit\u00e9 faible ou moyenne repr\u00e9sente la majorit\u00e9 des s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;un plan entra\u00eenement. Il faut donc profiter des creux de l&rsquo;agenda pour ces s\u00e9ances. Apr\u00e8s une nat&rsquo; sans encombre, la transition se passe au mieux. Malheureusement pour lui, <strong>une erreur de direction sur le parcours v\u00e9lo lui fait perdre pr\u00e8s de 20mn<\/strong>. Il rattrapera ensuite de nombreux cyclistes sur les 90km de ce parcours tr\u00e8s vallonn\u00e9 dans le vignoble Nantais. Les indicateurs sont au vert c\u00f4t\u00e9 v\u00e9lo avec un ballon d&rsquo;Alsace (600 de D+) bien mieux grimp\u00e9. <strong>La course \u00e0 pied est toujours aussi dure par 27\u00b0 \u00e0 l&rsquo;ombre<\/strong>. Et m\u00eame si l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement a \u00e9t\u00e9 all\u00e9g\u00e9 en vue de cet objectif interm\u00e9diaire, la fatigue se ressent en fin de course. Le volume horaire d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement pour l&rsquo;Embrunman d\u00e9passe les 10h hebdomadaires d\u00e9sormais. La principale priorit\u00e9 reste la vie professionnelle et familiale \u00e0 g\u00e9rer !<\/p>\n<p>La <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/comment-bien-recuperer-apres-une-course\/\">r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s course est primordiale et Guillaume a pris quelques risques en voulant encha\u00eener trop d&rsquo;efforts. Des petites douleurs tendineuses sont apparues. Ces blessures d&rsquo;usure sont le signe d&rsquo;un entra\u00eenement trop pouss\u00e9 et d&rsquo;un manque de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. Heureusement, il est encore possible de s&rsquo;adjuger un peu de repos avec une courte interruption de plan permise par l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running. Pour son v\u00e9lo, Yoann devra encore s&rsquo;\u00e9quiper d&rsquo;un prolongateur pour affronter le vent de la vall\u00e9e de la Durance. Tous deux doivent adapter leurs braquets pour s&rsquo;\u00e9conomiser \u00e0 v\u00e9lo dans les cols alpins. Pr\u00e8s de <strong>4000m de D+<\/strong> sont au programme !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">____<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Playfair Display', Georgia, serif; font-size: 1.5em; font-weight: bold;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/la-chaussette-de-france.fr\/fr\/\">\u00ab&nbsp;La chaussette de France est parfaite&nbsp;\u00bb<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">____<\/p>\n<p>Sur l&rsquo;habillement, les<strong> tri-fonctions sont de rigueur<\/strong>, m\u00eame sur une distance longue. Il faut bien les roder \u00e0 v\u00e9lo pour \u00e9viter les surprises le jour J, mais elles couvriront les trois sports. C\u00f4t\u00e9 p\u00e9destre, <strong>une attention doit \u00eatre port\u00e9e sur le choix des chaussettes<\/strong>. Car si les triathlons format S peuvent se faire pieds nus, sur les distances L ou XL, comme une course \u00e0 pied longue, &nbsp;il est indispensable de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/bobos-coureurs-a-pied\/\">prot\u00e9ger ses pieds des frottements<\/a><\/strong>. La <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/top-5-conseils-courir-temps-chaud\/\">chaleur<\/a><\/strong> subie ne fait qu&rsquo;aggraver les risques d&rsquo;ampoule. Dans ces conditions, des chaussettes de running comme celles de la Chaussette de France sont id\u00e9ales. Pas une ampoule \u00e0 Belfort malgr\u00e9 la distance et la chaleur.
