Cela demande de l&rsquo;organisation. Une probl\u00e9matique qui nous est famili\u00e8re puisque nous sommes coureurs \u00e9galement. Le plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement sur papier, fig\u00e9 ne prend pas en compte ces param\u00e8tres (organiser son mariage et pr\u00e9parer un marathon en m\u00eame temps par ex, histoire v\u00e9cue
