Quel type de coureuse es-tu ?<\/h3>\n<p>Au d\u00e9part, une d\u00e9butante qui courait quelques kilom\u00e8tres dans un parc sans montre ni r\u00e9el objectif.<\/p>\n<p>Puis, un jour j&rsquo;ai rejoint un groupe de runners (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/boostBirhakeim\/about\/\">Adidas Runners Bir-Hakeim<\/a><\/strong>) qui m&rsquo;a donn\u00e9 confiance en moi et surtout fait prendre conscience que <strong>mon corps \u00e9tait capable de choses que je ne soup\u00e7onnais pas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai rapidement \u00e9volu\u00e9 en m\u2019entra\u00eenant deux fois par semaine puis je me suis lanc\u00e9e sur un premier 10km, \u00e0 ce moment, <strong>je me suis rendue compte que j&rsquo;avais trouv\u00e9 MON sport, ma passion<\/strong>. J&rsquo;ai pris go\u00fbt aux challenges et \u00e0 l\u2019adr\u00e9naline que je ressentais pendant que je courais alors je me suis inscrite au semi-marathon de Paris puis au marathon de Paris, \u00e0 celui d\u2019Ath\u00e8nes&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je cours 3 fois par semaine&#8230; Pour mon bien-\u00eatre, \u00e9vacuer le stress du travail et vivre ma passion avec mon homme !<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>2. Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>En vivant \u00e0 Paris et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge adulte, je me suis demand\u00e9 quel sport je pouvais pratiquer. Dans les rues et parcs, je voyais de nombreux runners alors&nbsp;j&rsquo;ai essay\u00e9 le running. Pourtant&nbsp;je n&rsquo;aimais pas particuli\u00e8rement \u00e7a, <strong>je m&rsquo;y suis mise en grande partie pour garder la forme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u00e9cisif a \u00e9t\u00e9 l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration dans le groupe Adidas Runners Bir-Hakeim qui <strong>m&rsquo;a compl\u00e8tement rendue accro<\/strong>. Courir en groupe est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique parce qu&rsquo;on est entour\u00e9 de personnes qui partagent la m\u00eame passion, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;\u00e9changer, d&rsquo;avoir des conseils sur des entra\u00eenements, des \u00e9quipements et bien d&rsquo;autres, et aussi de s&rsquo;inscrire \u00e0 des courses pour suivre les copains.<\/p>\n<h3>3. O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>J&rsquo;aime courir dans les rues de Paris, je red\u00e9couvre la ville et je me rends compte de la chance que j&rsquo;ai de vivre ici<\/strong>. J&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement pr\u00e9par\u00e9 le semi de Paris.&nbsp;D\u00e8s qu&rsquo;une course est r\u00e9f\u00e9renc\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;appli, je mets en route un plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je cours 3 fois par semaine pour mon bien-\u00eatre, \u00e9vacuer le stress du travail et vivre ma passion avec mon homme !&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3>&nbsp;5. Julie, comment as-tu v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9paration avec l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n<p>Pour le 10km du bois de Boulogne, j&rsquo;ai eu un plan d&rsquo;entrainement de seulement 3 semaines car je venais de faire un trail en Martinique de 21km avec un d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 positif de 900m. <strong>L&rsquo;entrainement \u00e9tait intense avec deux fractionn\u00e9s par semaine plus une sortie en endurance fondamentale<\/strong>, c&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;il me fallait pour atteindre l&rsquo;objectif que je m&rsquo;\u00e9tais fix\u00e9e : <strong>faire mieux que mon record personnel !<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>6. Quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tes sensations lors de la course ?<\/h3>\n<p>Les sensations n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas formidables malheureusement mais \u00e7a fait partie du jeu ! Le parcours n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas \u00e9vident avec des mont\u00e9es vers la fin de la course et de nombreux virages qui obligeaient constamment \u00e0 relancer. <strong>J&rsquo;ai la chance de courir en bin\u00f4me avec mon copain qui me motive et me challenge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 tout, j&rsquo;ai tenu bon car <strong>je voulais vraiment atteindre mon objectif<\/strong> pour \u00eatre fi\u00e8re de moi et surtout parce que les copains et la famille m&rsquo;ont soutenue et motiv\u00e9e moralement.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Mon objectif \u00e9tait de faire 10km en 47 minutes<\/strong>. Mon record \u00e9tait de <strong>49&rsquo;50<\/strong> en 2016. En franchissant la ligne d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e, j&rsquo;ai vu le chrono \u00e0 49&rsquo;10, yes j&rsquo;ai am\u00e9lior\u00e9 mon chrono, pas autant que je l&rsquo;aurais voulu mais <strong>je suis fi\u00e8re de moi, tout est possible quand on s&rsquo;en donne les moyens !<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>8. Quel \u00e9tait ton planning (nombre de s\u00e9ances et de semaines) d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/h3>\n<p>Mon plan d&rsquo;entrainement \u00e9tait en 3 semaines. J&rsquo;ai choisi de faire 3 s\u00e9ances par semaine avec 2 fractionn\u00e9s dont un court et un long ainsi qu&rsquo;une sortie plus douce en endurance fondamentale. <strong>Le combo id\u00e9al pour augmenter sa vitesse sur 10km<\/strong>.
