Cela repr\u00e9sente en moyenne 7 sorties par semaine. Les <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.meltonic.fr\/CT-378-gels-energetiques.aspx\">gels<\/a><\/strong>, \u00e0 80% compos\u00e9s de miel, sont tr\u00e8s digestes et faciles \u00e0 avaler, que ce soit \u00e0 v\u00e9lo ou \u00e0 pied. Gr\u00e2ce au miel ils ont un index glyc\u00e9mique plus faible que sur les <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/une-semaine-sans-sucre\/\">sucres raffin\u00e9s habituels<\/a><\/strong>.
