Quel type de coureuse es-tu ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je suis une <strong>coureuse r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et pers\u00e9v\u00e9rante, un brin comp\u00e9titrice cherchant \u00e0 m&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer \u00e0 chaque pr\u00e9paration<\/strong>. Pour lancer ma saison, j&rsquo;ai besoin d&rsquo;objectifs pour me motiver et pour \u00e9viter la monotonie dans ma pratique de la course \u00e0 pied.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>Il y a \u00e0 peine 1 ans, je commen\u00e7ais \u00e0 courir pour la forme, maintenant ce n&rsquo;est plus ma seule motivation&#8230; Je cours d\u00e9sormais pour le plaisir de courir et pour le d\u00e9passement de soi.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Quelle course as-tu pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ?<\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec l&rsquo;application le semi-marathon du <strong>Pont-rouge \u00e0 S\u00e9rignan<\/strong>, dans l&rsquo;H\u00e9rault, le 10 mai dernier.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;Les s\u00e9ances \u00e9tant vari\u00e9es et modulables selon mon planning, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait un plaisir d&rsquo;aller faire chaque s\u00e9ance&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3>5. Mireille, comment as-tu v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9paration avec l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n<p>Tr\u00e8s bien, <strong>les s\u00e9ances \u00e9tant vari\u00e9es et modulables selon mon planning<\/strong>, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait un plaisir d&rsquo;aller faire chaque s\u00e9ance et m\u00eame certaines s\u00e9ances difficiles de fractionn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tes sensations pendant la course ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Tr\u00e8s bonnes sensations jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 mi-course<\/strong>, cela allait encore jusqu&rsquo;au 15\u00e8me ou j&rsquo;\u00e9tais dans mon temps pr\u00e9vu puis je suis rentr\u00e9e dans le dur apr\u00e8s le 16\u00e8me&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Mon allure a bien baiss\u00e9 \u00e0 ce moment l\u00e0&#8230; C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que les longues lignes droites du parcours avec du vent fort de face ont rendu les derniers km difficiles niveau cardio.<\/p>\n<p>Plus de jus dans les jambes \u00e0 ce moment pr\u00e9cis, juste un regain d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie pour \u00ab&nbsp;sprinter&nbsp;\u00bb sur les derniers 300 m pour bien finir.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono ?<\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;application me proposait <strong>1H58 en challenge<\/strong>. Le chrono prudent de l&rsquo;appli \u00e9tait lui de <strong>2h03<\/strong>. J\u2019esp\u00e9rais quand m\u00eame faire un <strong>sub 2h<\/strong> sur ce semi.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai finalement fait <strong>2h02<\/strong>, je suis satisfaite de ce temps tout de m\u00eame ! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<h3>8.
