Du riz \u00e9videmment ! \ud83d\ude42 Mais pas n&rsquo;importe lequel, un risotto gourmand, qui satisfera votre palais et les r\u00e8gles de la nutrition sportive, un des piliers de l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement. Remuez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, le riz va absorber progressivement le liquide.&nbsp;C&rsquo;est le moment pour les \u00ab&nbsp;aficionados&nbsp;\u00bb de la tomate d&rsquo;y ajouter leur touche de couleur rouge \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez au bout de 7-8mn le reste du bouillon, le chorizo, l&rsquo;ail et l&rsquo;oignon en continuant de remuer. Sinon, laissez-le encore quelques minutes et ajoutez encore de l&rsquo;eau s&rsquo;il n&rsquo;en reste plus.<\/li>\n<li>Coupez le feu et ajoutez le parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9 et remuez.
