Quel type de coureur es-tu ?<\/h3>\n<p>Un apprenti ? J&rsquo;ai pass\u00e9 le stade de d\u00e9butant mais j&rsquo;aime d&rsquo;abord courir pour me vider la t\u00eate et me d\u00e9fouler. Donc un coureur avec le strict minimum pour courir.<\/p>\n<p>Je n&rsquo;ai pas la parfaite panoplie de certains marathoniens avec le porte dossard, la ceinture avec les 3 gourdes, les 12 gels, les manchons, etc. Peut-\u00eatre \u00e0 tort d&rsquo;ailleurs pour certains de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments, mais <strong>il me reste beaucoup de choses \u00e0 apprendre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>Au d\u00e9part, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait simplement un compl\u00e9ment d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 sportive. Je commen\u00e7ais \u00e0 me lasser de mes s\u00e9ances de renforcement musculaire chez moi et en salle, j&rsquo;ai alors d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de me remettre progressivement \u00e0 la course \u00e0 pied. Remettre car j&rsquo;ai eu une pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente exp\u00e9rience plut\u00f4t maladroite : une sortie par semaine en augmentant sans trop r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir la distance toutes les semaines. R\u00e9sultat, une tendinite \u00e0 chaque genou ce qui m&rsquo;a oblig\u00e9 d&rsquo;arr\u00eater compl\u00e8tement la course.<\/p>\n<p>Quelques ann\u00e9es passent, les tendinites partent et je reprends donc doucement en parall\u00e8le du renforcement. Petit \u00e0 petit la course devient l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 principale et pour \u00eatre s\u00fbr de ne pas abandonner face aux personnes me disant \u00ab&nbsp;tu verras, \u00e7a ne durera pas&#8230;&nbsp;\u00bb, j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre : \u00ab&nbsp;si si, \u00e7a va durer, je vais me faire un marathon !&nbsp;\u00bb. <strong>Challenge en t\u00eate, la motivation \u00e9tait toute trouv\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>3. O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>Partout ! M\u00eame si certaines de mes sorties se font r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement au m\u00eame endroit, mes baskets me suivent dans tous mes d\u00e9placements, m\u00eame si je ne connais pas forc\u00e9ment les <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/terrains-privilegier-courir\/\">lieux<\/a><\/strong>, je trouve toujours une boucle \u00e0 faire pour m&rsquo;en tenir \u00e0 mon plan.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Quelle course as-tu pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ?<\/h3>\n<p>Le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/tout-savoir-sur-le-marathon-de-paris\/\">Marathon de Paris 2018<\/a><\/strong> ! Sacr\u00e9e exp\u00e9rience ! La <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/top-5-conseils-courir-chaud\/\">chaleur<\/a><\/strong> et la l\u00e9g\u00e8re d\u00e9shydratation ont eu raison de moi et mon objectif, mais \u00e7a reste un super moment :<strong> devenir officiellement marathonien !<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;La souplesse et la diversit\u00e9 du plan FREQUENCE Running n&rsquo;a aucun rapport avec le plan fig\u00e9 propos\u00e9 par Runtastic&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3>&nbsp;5. J\u00e9r\u00e9my, comment as-tu v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9paration avec l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n<p>Pour ne rien cacher, ma pr\u00e9paration avec l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running fait suite \u00e0 une premi\u00e8re pr\u00e9paration effectu\u00e9e avec Runtastic. <strong>Il n&rsquo;y a pas photo : la souplesse et la diversit\u00e9 du plan FREQUENCE Running n&rsquo;a aucun rapport avec le plan fig\u00e9 propos\u00e9 par Runtastic.<\/strong> J&rsquo;ai donc super bien v\u00e9cu ma pr\u00e9paration ! Quelques l\u00e9g\u00e8res blessures m&rsquo;ont oblig\u00e9es \u00e0 <strong>d\u00e9caler quelques s\u00e9ances : super facile avec l&rsquo;application<\/strong> et j&rsquo;ai eu la bonne surprise de voir mon plan s&rsquo;adapter pour reprendre en douceur. Au top !<\/p>\n<h3>6. Quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tes sensations pendant la course ?<\/h3>\n<p>Bonnes ! Jusqu&rsquo;au 34 ou 35\u00e8me kilom\u00e8tre&#8230; <strong>J&rsquo;ai pris le <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/5-conseils-pour-reussir-son-marathon\/\">mur des 30km<\/a><\/strong> avec un peu de retard mais en pleine face ! La chaleur et le monde ont \u00e9t\u00e9 deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments assez difficiles \u00e0 g\u00e9rer pour moi en fin de course.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono ?<\/h3>\n<p>SAS de 3h30, objectif FREQUENCE Running \u00e0 3:16:40 (pr\u00e9cis) et objectif souhait\u00e9 \u00e0 3:15:00. Quel \u00e9tait ton planning d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>5 s\u00e9ances par semaine<\/strong> et le plan a d\u00e9but\u00e9 fin d\u00e9cembre 2017 donc 14 semaines.<\/p>\n<h3>9. Pourquoi as-tu choisi d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;appli FREQUENCE Running pour te pr\u00e9parer&nbsp;?<\/h3>\n<p id=\"ox-58c6b167d7-divtagdefaultwrapper\" dir=\"ltr\">A la fin de mon premier plan,<strong> j&rsquo;ai cherch\u00e9 quelque chose de plus personnalis\u00e9, plus adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 mes objectifs personnels et qui prenne en compte les al\u00e9as du quotidien lorsqu&rsquo;une s\u00e9ance n&rsquo;est pas r\u00e9alisable<\/strong>. Je suis tomb\u00e9 un peu par hasard sur vous et quand j&rsquo;ai vu les retours positifs qu&rsquo;il y avait, je me suis lanc\u00e9.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;Maintenant officiellement marathonien, l&rsquo;id\u00e9e est de durer dans le temps en se faisant plaisir&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3>10. Quel est ton prochain objectif de course ?<\/h3>\n<p>Maintenant officiellement marathonien, l&rsquo;id\u00e9e est de durer dans le temps en se faisant plaisir.
