Et c&rsquo;est le cas d&rsquo;Anthony qui a fait son plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement marathon d\u00e9di\u00e9. Quel type de coureur es-tu ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je dirais que je ne suis pas le plus rapide, sans \u00eatre le plus lent non plus. Je ne suis pas un accro de la course \u00e0 pied mais j&rsquo;avoue que j&rsquo;y consacre beaucoup de temps. J&rsquo;ai toujours eu l&rsquo;esprit de comp\u00e9tition et je cherche sans cesse \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer mes performances sans que cela ne m&#8217;emp\u00eache de m\u00e9langer sport et convivialit\u00e9 avec mes potes \u00e0 la compote. Le genre de gars qui court avec du gros son dans le dos et qui <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/5-mythes-lalimentation-coureur\/\">fait attention \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il mange au quotidien<\/a><\/strong>, mais qui craque facilement sur un bon gros burger bien gras.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9e \u00e0 courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai toujours couru, mais la plupart du temps derri\u00e8re un ballon. J&rsquo;ai pratiqu\u00e9 le basket-ball en club pendant 24 ans. Depuis tout petit, j&rsquo;ai toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 un grand fan du ballon orange. J&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 en poussin alors que mon maillot descendait plus bas que mes genoux, et s&rsquo;en est suivi un long parcours au niveau r\u00e9gional Bretagne puis en national. Un parcours qui s&rsquo;est vite compliqu\u00e9 quand j&rsquo;ai atteint la trentaine et que j&rsquo;encha\u00eenais les entorses aux chevilles.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai alors d\u00e9cid\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait temps de raccrocher les Jordan. Je me suis rapidement tourn\u00e9 vers une discipline moins dangereuse pour mes articulations trop fragilis\u00e9es, en allant courir quelques kilom\u00e8tres avec diff\u00e9rents groupes du 18\u00e8 arrondissement de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/ou-courir-a-paris\/\">Paris<\/a><\/strong>. O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c0 choisir, si je pouvais aller courir tous les jours sur les bords de mer de ma ch\u00e8re Bretagne, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 j&rsquo;ai grandi, je le ferais tous les jours. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que j&rsquo;aime pratiquer la course \u00e0 pied avant tout. D\u00e9j\u00e0 parce que les <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/terrains-privilegier-courir\/\">terrains<\/a><\/strong> plus souples me font moins mal aux pattes que la route et les pav\u00e9s, et parce que courir au bord de la mer, c&rsquo;est autre chose que de zigzaguer entre les vendeurs de marrons chauds derri\u00e8re la fum\u00e9e noire d&rsquo;un bus de touristes moldaves.<\/p>\n<p>Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les terrains sauvages au bitume, mais je vis \u00e0 Paris, et courir \u00e0 Paris, c&rsquo;est quand m\u00eame grave bien.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;Une fois \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise avec la gestion du planning, la diversit\u00e9 des sessions propos\u00e9es permet de prendre du plaisir \u00e0 chaque s\u00e9ance.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3>&nbsp;4. Quelle course as-tu pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ?<\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/tout-savoir-sur-le-marathon-de-paris\/\">Marathon de Paris 2018<\/a><\/strong> avec FREQUENCE Running. J&rsquo;ai donc suivi le plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement marathon pour 3h30.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Anthony, comment as-tu v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9paration avec l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but, je me suis mis la pression. J&rsquo;essayais absolument de caler toutes mes s\u00e9ances avec mon emploi du temps et ce n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas toujours \u00e9vident. J&rsquo;avais l&rsquo;impression que ma pr\u00e9paration \u00e9tait rat\u00e9e d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de mon programme.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai vite compris par la suite que <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/conseil-course2\/\">ce n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas tr\u00e8s grave de reporter des s\u00e9ances<\/a><\/strong>, voire en annuler deux ou trois. Quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tes sensations pendant la course ?<\/h3>\n<p>Un marathon, ce n&rsquo;est vraiment pas une course comme les autres. J&rsquo;y ai connu plusieurs sentiments. D\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, j&rsquo;ai senti que j&rsquo;\u00e9tais en bonne condition pour faire un truc pas trop mal. Mon plus gros stress \u00e9tait, comme \u00e0 chaque course, d&rsquo;\u00eatre victime du <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/le-caca-de-la-peur\/\">caca de la peur<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai couru les 35 premiers kilom\u00e8tres un peu plus vite que ce que me conseillait l&rsquo;application, sans doute un peu surchauff\u00e9 par tous les drapeaux bretons qui flottaient au bord de la route. Je me sentais vraiment bien, sans douleurs, et tr\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise au niveau du souffle. Mon erreur aura \u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00eatre all\u00e9 un peu trop vite sur ces premiers 35 kilom\u00e8tres car la fin de course a \u00e9t\u00e9 beaucoup plus compliqu\u00e9 avec des jambes qui ne r\u00e9pondaient plus.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono ?<\/h3>\n<p>Mon objectif de d\u00e9part \u00e9tait de courir le marathon en 3h30. Ma bonne pr\u00e9paration marathon m&rsquo;ayant mis en confiance, j&rsquo;ai revu mon objectif \u00e0 la hausse quelques semaines avant le d\u00e9part en visant 3h15. Je me sentais tellement bien pendant la course que j&rsquo;ai m\u00eame song\u00e9 faire 3h10&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Un peu trop ambitieux, je me suis surestim\u00e9 sur ce coup l\u00e0. Quel \u00e9tait ton planning (nombre de s\u00e9ances et de semaines) d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai altern\u00e9 les s\u00e9ances de fractionn\u00e9, les sorties longues et les footing pendant 2 mois, \u00e0 raison de 4 ou 5 s\u00e9ances par semaine.<\/p>\n<h3>9. Pourquoi as-tu choisi d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;appli FREQUENCE Running pour te pr\u00e9parer&nbsp;?<\/h3>\n<p id=\"ox-58c6b167d7-divtagdefaultwrapper\" dir=\"ltr\">J&rsquo;ai entendu parler de FREQUENCE Running pour la premi\u00e8re fois fin 2017 avec <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/plan-entrainement-marathon-rennes\/\">Gregory<\/a><\/strong>. Il avait pr\u00e9par\u00e9 son marathon de Rennes, auquel j&rsquo;ai particip\u00e9 avec lui, avec l&rsquo;application.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Par curiosit\u00e9 j&rsquo;ai t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9 l&rsquo;appli et je me suis vite rendu compte que, m\u00eame avec la version gratuite, j&rsquo;avais tous les conseils dont j&rsquo;avais besoin et pas mal de r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 des questions que je me posais depuis un moment. J&rsquo;avais un coach dans la poche. J&rsquo;ai alors d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de pr\u00e9parer mon marathon de Paris avec l&rsquo;application, qui m&rsquo;a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 me tenir \u00e0 un vrai plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement et \u00e0 \u00eatre rigoureux. Moi qui suis t\u00eate en l&rsquo;air, les petites notifications de veille d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement \u00e9taient vraiment id\u00e9ales.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;J&rsquo;ai alors d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de pr\u00e9parer mon marathon de Paris avec l&rsquo;application, qui m&rsquo;a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 me tenir \u00e0 un vrai plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement et \u00e0 \u00eatre rigoureux. \u00ab&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3>10.&nbsp;Tu as test\u00e9 la version Premium de l&rsquo;application ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/premium.html\">Je me suis lanc\u00e9 oui<\/a> <\/strong>! Je n&rsquo;ai pas assez de recul pour en faire un retour d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience mais rien que le fait de pouvoir pr\u00e9parer plusieurs courses en m\u00eame temps est un gros plus ! Parce que, oui, je pr\u00e9pare plusieurs courses en m\u00eame temps parce que je suis trop un fifou.<\/p>\n<h3>11. Quel est ton prochain objectif de course ?<\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;en ai plusieurs. Je compte bien passer sous la barre des 39 minutes sur 10 kilom\u00e8tres. le premier test sera lors des <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.10kmboisdeboulogne.fr\/\">10km du Bois de Boulogne<\/a><\/strong> le 6 mai prochain. Dans un autre registre, je me lance cette ann\u00e9e dans le trail avec des distances plus longues.
