Quel type de coureuse es-tu ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Je suis une coureuse simple !<\/strong> Non je plaisante&#8230; Je suis une fille qui aime rire, qui ne se prend pas la t\u00eate et qui aime partager avec les autres pour avancer.<\/p>\n<p>De fa\u00e7on contradictoire,&nbsp;<strong>je suis aussi comp\u00e9titrice<\/strong>. Je suis du genre \u00e0 me fixer des d\u00e9fis sans arr\u00eat, vis \u00e0 vis de moi-m\u00eame mais aussi par rapport aux autres.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9e \u00e0 courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>Op\u00e9r\u00e9e de la colonne vert\u00e9brale en 2010 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de 18ans (j&rsquo;ai 7 vert\u00e8bres scell\u00e9es d\u00e9finitivement), j&rsquo;ai du tirer un trait sur la pratique du sport.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mais il y a 2 ans, c&rsquo;est le d\u00e9clic<\/strong>&#8230; Compte tenu de ma condition physique ce n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas gagn\u00e9 et je pars donc de loin. L&rsquo;envie de retrouver une forme physique et de me d\u00e9passer, je me mets \u00e0 courir mais c&rsquo;est difficile, je m&rsquo;accroche et cela fonctionne.. Je n&rsquo;avais jamais couru plus de 500m sans m&rsquo;\u00e9crouler.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A l&rsquo;\u00e9cole, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais toujours dispens\u00e9e.<\/strong> Je voulais me prouver que j&rsquo;en \u00e9tais capable, et le prouver aux autres aussi peut-\u00eatre ?<\/p>\n<h3>3. O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je cours g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/terrains-privilegier-courir\/\">moiti\u00e9 en ville moiti\u00e9 en campagne<\/a><\/strong>. La piste, le stade&#8230; trop peu pour moi, c&rsquo;est trop monotone ! J&rsquo;aime me sentir libre mais il faut quand m\u00eame que \u00e7a bouge !<\/p>\n<h3>4. Quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tes sensations pendant la course ?<\/h3>\n<p>Les <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/courir-dans-le-froid-2\/\"><strong>temp\u00e9ratures<\/strong> <strong>\u00e9taient fraiches<\/strong><\/a>, le vent glacial. Les faux plats montants coupent les pattes, mais je talonne le meneur d&rsquo;allure \u00ab&nbsp;<strong>1H<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb et je pense \u00e0 mon objectif, je sais que je peux y arriver !<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Tout est dans la t\u00eate&nbsp;\u00bb \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il parait ! Je passe les 5km en moins de 30 min, je me sens pousser des ailes.. <strong>Je franchis enfin la ligne d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e avec une immense satisfaction.<\/strong> C&rsquo;est un petit objectif pour certain, une grande r\u00e9ussite pour moi.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono ?<\/h3>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas envisageable de faire cette course en plus d&rsquo;1H ! Effectivement, je passe la ligne d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 <strong>59min et 59sec<\/strong> \ud83d\ude42 ! De toute fa\u00e7on, je serai capable de ramper pour atteindre l&rsquo;objectif&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3>8. Quel est ton prochain objectif de course ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je pr\u00e9pare le Semi des \u00ab&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lescourantsdelaliberte.com\/fr\"><strong>Courants de la libert\u00e9<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;\u00bb qui aura lieu le 9 juin prochain \u00e0 Caen.<\/p>\n<p>Je suis tr\u00e8s loin de l&rsquo;objectif (en km!) mais je suis un tantinet obstin\u00e9e et je ferai tout pour y arriver ! <strong>J&rsquo;aimerai bien approcher les 2h10 mais le chrono restera secondaire car c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;abord franchir la ligne d&rsquo;arriver qui m&rsquo;obs\u00e8de \ud83d\ude0a&nbsp;!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>On sera sur place pour encourager Marie dans cette \u00e9preuve de 21Km !
