Vous pouvez soigner quelques d\u00e9tails afin de faire vos r\u00e9serves d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie en \u00e9vitant certains d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments \u00ab&nbsp;gastriques&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>Soignez votre <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/5-mythes-lalimentation-coureur\/\">alimentation<\/a> les derniers jours<\/h3>\n<p>Dans les derniers jours de pr\u00e9paration d&rsquo;un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/plan-entrainement-semi-marathon.html\">semi<\/a><\/strong> ou d&rsquo;un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/plan-entrainement-marathon.html\">marathon<\/a><\/strong>, il est recommand\u00e9 d&rsquo;augmenter la dose de sucre lents dans vos repas. Si vous \u00eates pr\u00eat \u00e0 enrichir vos apports glucidiques avec des boissons enrichies en maltodextrine (les \u00ab&nbsp;p\u00e2tes liquides&nbsp;\u00bb) testez-les avant. On ne sait jamais, cela \u00e9vitera \u00e0 certains quelques impr\u00e9vus dans la digestion.<\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>repas de veille de course est important<\/strong>, ciblez plut\u00f4t des sucres lents, et des <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/ete-legumes-plutot-que-pastas\/\"><strong>l\u00e9gumes<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;plut\u00f4t cuits que des crudit\u00e9s. Mais ne retirez pas les l\u00e9gumes et les fruits sous pr\u00e9texte de pr\u00e9venir une diarrh\u00e9e. Les fibres sont importantes pour la digestion. Gardez \u00e9galement des prot\u00e9ines, mais all\u00e9gez ce repas en boissons alcoolis\u00e9es et en graisses animales (fromages, charcuteries,&#8230;). Dans tous les cas, <strong>assurez-vous de prendre ce repas au moins 3h avant le d\u00e9but<\/strong> de la course. La digestion mobilisera de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, et l&rsquo;effort de course&nbsp;doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9serv\u00e9, en laissant au repos votre syst\u00e8me digestif.<\/p>\n<h3>Un expresso au petit d\u00e9j ?<\/h3>\n<p>Outre le fait de vous donner un coup de boost 20mn apr\u00e8s sa consommation, le caf\u00e9 a des effets laxatifs dont vous pouvez tirer profit. Un expresso \u00e0 la fin de ce dernier repas, et vous irez visiter les toilettes dans la foul\u00e9e.&nbsp;Vous serez l\u00e9ger dans l&rsquo;espace de d\u00e9part, avec un souci en moins \u00e0 g\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<h3>Le coup de stress au d\u00e9part<\/h3>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 tous ces pr\u00e9paratifs, le stress monte juste avant le d\u00e9part. Cette \u00e9motion est normale mais perturbe votre organisme.
