Salon lors duquel&nbsp;plus de 200 exposants se r\u00e9unissent dans une ambiance totalement d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la course \u00e0 pied donnant naissance au \u00ab&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.salondurunning.fr\/fr\">Salon du Running&nbsp;\u00bb<\/a><\/strong>. Du 11 et 13 avril prochain, <strong>retrouvez toute l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe FREQUENCE Running<\/strong> sur son stand \u00e0 l&#8217;emplacement n\u00b097 ! On sera tr\u00e8s heureux de vous rencontrer et d&rsquo;\u00e9changer avec vous \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Les coureurs auront ainsi la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9ambuler parmi les stands en allant chercher leur dossard pour la course. Nous vous d\u00e9conseillons par ailleurs d&rsquo;acheter des \u00e9quipements\/produits en vue de les utiliser pour la course <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/attention-aux-changements-dequipement-de-derniere-minu\/\"><strong>sans jamais m\u00eame les avoir tester en condition<\/strong><\/a>. Cependant, la foule reste encore tr\u00e8s fran\u00e7aise avec 70% de Fran\u00e7ais (cocorico \ud83c\uddeb\ud83c\uddf7\ud83d\udc13) au d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n<h3>Un parcours dot\u00e9 de quelques nouveaut\u00e9s&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Difficile de faire un gros chrono \u00e0 Paris<\/strong>. On ne peut pas qualifier ce parcours de vallon\u00e9 mais avec ses 300m de D+ et ses quelques relances en bosses au passage des ponts, il est tr\u00e8s cassant.<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/OBx8sdvWzmY\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Regardez le d\u00e9tail du parcours sur <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.openrunner.com\/r\/9678123\">Openrunner<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le top d\u00e9part de cette course l\u00e9gendaire sera donn\u00e9 comme d&rsquo;habitude de l&rsquo;Arc de Triomphe, pour se conclure avenue Foch. Mais cette ann\u00e9e, les coureurs auront le plaisir de visiter, en plus des d\u00e9j\u00e0 nombreux monuments approch\u00e9s, <strong>la place Vend\u00f4me et l&rsquo;Op\u00e9ra Garnier !&nbsp;<\/strong>Le parcours, quasiment plat, forme une boucle presque compl\u00e8te (1 km entre les lieux de d\u00e9part et d\u2019arriv\u00e9e).<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs passages de ponts demanderont une relance sur moins de 200m mais la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition est usante. Lors de certaines \u00e9ditions le thermom\u00e8tre a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les 20\u00b0 en fin de matin\u00e9e. Pour la petite histoire, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/histoires-de-marathonien-de-jean-baptiste\/\">Jean-Baptiste<\/a><\/strong>, aura perdu un bon quart d&rsquo;heure sur son objectif en 2007 \u00e0 cause de la chaleur. Gare \u00e0 la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/hydratation-poisson-leau\/\">d\u00e9shydratation<\/a><\/strong> donc, buvez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement aux <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/comment-se-ravitailler-sur-10k-semi-marathon-ou-marathon\/\">ravitos<\/a><\/strong> dans cette situation. N&rsquo;oubliez pas que vous trouverez un peu de fraicheur dans les Bois de Vincennes et Boulogne.
