Quel type de coureur es-tu ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je suis du genre perfectionniste. Je veux toujours faire mieux. Tant en terme de performance que de qualit\u00e9 de mes entra\u00eenements. Je ne suis pas du genre \u00e0 faire 40 courses dans l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, mais je ferai tout pour arriver au d\u00e9part des 3 ou 4 courses annuelles au top de ma forme, pour prendre un max de plaisir et pour battre mes records. Je suis aussi un coureur simple. Sur les courses, je ne suis pas du genre \u00e0 avoir des gels plein les poches, un kamel back, des manchons de compressions etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>J&rsquo;aime bien me dire que mon corps est d\u00e9j\u00e0 un bon \u00e9quipement, mes entra\u00eenements me servent \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer dans ce sens.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>2. Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9e \u00e0 courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>Faire mieux, justement. Quand j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 courir, je ne sais pas qu&rsquo;est ce qui m&rsquo;y a pouss\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re fois, mais j&rsquo;y suis retourn\u00e9 pour faire mieux que la veille.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;Quand j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 courir, je ne sais pas qu&rsquo;est ce qui m&rsquo;y a pouss\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re fois, mais j&rsquo;y suis retourn\u00e9 pour faire mieux que la veille.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3>3. O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>Mes parcours de course ne sont pas <strong>forc\u00e9ment hyper vari\u00e9s<\/strong>, mais j&rsquo;ai eu la chance de pouvoir courir dans des endroits vraiment sp\u00e9ciaux.<\/p>\n<p>Je pense aux runs que je faisais avec un coll\u00e8gue quand j&rsquo;\u00e9tais en stage en Angleterre, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait dans le <strong>Hampshire<\/strong>, la c\u00f4te sud. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait la campagne, la mer n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas loin, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait assez vallonn\u00e9 et au couch\u00e9 du Soleil voir carr\u00e9ment dans la nuit c&rsquo;\u00e9tait sp\u00e9cial. En vacances \u00e0 <strong>New-York<\/strong> il y a un an je suis all\u00e9 courir \u00e0 Central Park \u00e7a aussi c&rsquo;\u00e9tait assez dingue mais c&rsquo;\u00e9tait un seul run. Quelle course as-tu pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ?<\/h3>\n<p>Avec l&rsquo;appli j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 le Semi de Paris cette ann\u00e9e. J&rsquo;ai fait un tr\u00e8s joli chrono, en am\u00e9liorant de <strong>2 minutes un RP qui datait de 5 mois<\/strong>. Avant je pr\u00e9parais les courses par moi-m\u00eame, je me documentais beaucoup pour \u00e7a, pour me faire des petits plans d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement maison. C&rsquo;est comme \u00e7a que j&rsquo;ai couru 3 semis (Nancy, Lille et Lyon), 2 marathons (Paris en 2016 et 2017) et 5 10kms.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Thomas, comment as tu v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9paration avec l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 essay\u00e9 de suivre des plans d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement avant. Je n&rsquo;arrivais pas \u00e0 les suivre plus d&rsquo;une semaine. Je ne trouvais pas cela adapt\u00e9 ou alors trop compliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 suivre.<\/p>\n<p>Le principal changement avec FREQUENCE Running c&rsquo;est que j&rsquo;ai pu suivre le plan du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin. Les s\u00e9ances s&rsquo;adaptaient au fur et \u00e0 mesure, je pouvais les d\u00e9placer quand je ne pouvais pas les r\u00e9aliser le jour-m\u00eame etc&#8230; Les s\u00e9ances \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s bien adapt\u00e9es, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait difficile comme il fallait et l&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tait exigeant.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tes sensations pendant la course ?<\/h3>\n<p>Ca a \u00e9t\u00e9 difficile, tr\u00e8s difficile. <strong>J&rsquo;ai \u00e9chou\u00e9 \u00e0 une minute de l&rsquo;objectif mais le plus important est d&rsquo;avoir am\u00e9lior\u00e9 mon chrono<\/strong>. J&rsquo;ai fait une course plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8re mais j&rsquo;ai vraiment eu du mal \u00e0 partir du 14\u00e8me km, donc assez t\u00f4t. Apr\u00e8s \u00e7a a \u00e9t\u00e9 un chemin de croix. Je crois que j&rsquo;ai m\u00eame h\u00e9sit\u00e9 \u00e0 finir en marchant \u00e0 un moment. Mais bon, je m&rsquo;\u00e9tais entra\u00een\u00e9 pour cela, je savais que je souffrirais, alors je me suis accroch\u00e9. Si c&rsquo;\u00e9tait toujours facile, ce ne serait pas dr\u00f4le.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je visais ce semi en 1h 19m,<strong> j&rsquo;ai fait 1h 20m 9s<\/strong> ! Pourquoi as-tu choisi d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;appli FREQUENCE Running pour te pr\u00e9parer ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je cherchais un moyen de m&rsquo;entra\u00eener pour cette course, un plan que j&rsquo;arriverai \u00e0 suivre pour une fois. Quelqu&rsquo;un sur <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FrequenceRun\"><strong>Twitter<\/strong><\/a> faisait l&rsquo;\u00e9loge de cette appli alors je l&rsquo;ai t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9e, je me suis dit que \u00e7a ne co\u00fbterait rien d&rsquo;essayer. Au final \u00e7a s&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s bien pass\u00e9, alors je vais continuer \u00e0 l&rsquo;utiliser.j<\/p>\n<h3>10. Quels sont tes prochains objectifs de course ?<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">J&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 il y a 3 semaines maintenant ma pr\u00e9pa pour le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.runinmontsaintmichel.com\/fr\"><strong>Marathon du Mont Saint-Michel<\/strong><\/a>. La course est fin mai, je me pr\u00e9pare avec FREQUENCE Running, mais l&rsquo;appli m&rsquo;a propos\u00e9e un objectif tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s exigeant, peut \u00eatre un peu trop, donc on verra !<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Bravo \u00e0 Thomas pour ce joli RP parisien et bon courage pour la suite.
