Pas si gentillette que \u00e7a quand on pense qu&rsquo;elle a termin\u00e9 le semi de Paris le 4 mars dernier en <strong>2h07<\/strong> ! Quel type de coureuse es-tu ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Je suis une coureuse gentillette pour l&rsquo;instant <\/strong>et&nbsp;n&rsquo;ai pas une pratique intensive de la course \u00e0 pied. Je cours deux fois par semaine maximum pour l&rsquo;instant et ce rythme me convient.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9e \u00e0 courir ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>J&rsquo;ai toujours aim\u00e9 courir.<\/strong> Au lyc\u00e9e, la seule discipline sportive o\u00f9 j&rsquo;arrivais \u00e0 avoir de bonnes notes c&rsquo;\u00e9tait l&rsquo;endurance. Si je me suis mise \u00e0 la course \u00e0 pied de fa\u00e7on plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8re il y a quelques ann\u00e9es c&rsquo;\u00e9tait pour me maintenir en forme et perdre quelques kilos au passage.<\/p>\n<h3>3. O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je suis une coureuse urbaine ! <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/terrains-privilegier-courir\/\">Ma foul\u00e9e s&rsquo;est habitu\u00e9e au bitume<\/a><\/strong>. J&rsquo;habite en Seine-Saint-Denis et je cours essentiellement au bord du canal de l&rsquo;Ourcq. Quelle course as-tu pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ?<\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0 ma premi\u00e8re course en suivant les conseils de coll\u00e8gues qui avaient l&rsquo;habitude d&rsquo;en faire et qui m&rsquo;ont sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de m&rsquo;inscrire&nbsp;\u00e0 l&rsquo;une d&rsquo;entre elles. Ma premi\u00e8re course \u00e9tait <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.la-parisienne.net\/\">la Parisienne<\/a><\/strong> en 2016 et \u00e7a a \u00e9t\u00e9 un vrai coup de coeur.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;atmosph\u00e8re galvanisante de la course en groupe m&rsquo;a plu. Depuis, j&rsquo;ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres 10 km et j&rsquo;ai couru mon premier <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/plan-entrainement-semi-marathon.html\">semi-marathon<\/a><\/strong> en Mars 2017 ! Le fait d&rsquo;\u00eatre capable de courir 21 km m&rsquo;a apport\u00e9 beaucoup de confiance en moi et cette ann\u00e9e, <strong>j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de le retenter avec pour objectif d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer mon chrono.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;Je me suis sentie r\u00e9ellement accompagn\u00e9e tout au long de ma pr\u00e9paration, presque comme si un coach \u00ab&nbsp;humain&nbsp;\u00bb me guidait&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3>&nbsp;5. Mina, comment as tu v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9paration avec l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je me suis sentie r\u00e9ellement accompagn\u00e9e tout au long de ma pr\u00e9paration, presque comme si un coach \u00ab&nbsp;humain&nbsp;\u00bb me guidait. J&rsquo;ai eu une difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 comprendre comment lancer l&rsquo;application pendant les s\u00e9ances de fractionn\u00e9; j&rsquo;ai pos\u00e9 la question sur <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/577051509352859\/\">le groupe Facebook des Fr\u00e9quence Runners<\/a><\/strong> et j&rsquo;ai eu une r\u00e9ponse rapidement. C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s soutenant.<\/p>\n<p>Physiquement, la pr\u00e9paration \u00e9tait douce et&nbsp;agr\u00e9able,&nbsp;<strong>je n&rsquo;ai pas eu l&rsquo;impression de mettre \u00e0 mal mon corps<\/strong>. J&rsquo;ai m\u00eame dout\u00e9 de ma capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/conseil-course2\/\">atteindre mon objectif<\/a><\/strong> puisqu&rsquo;\u00e0 aucun moment pendant la pr\u00e9paration je n&rsquo;ai couru au rythme cible pendant toute une sortie longue, et j&rsquo;y suis arriv\u00e9e !<\/p>\n<h3>6. Quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tes sensations pendant la course ?<\/h3>\n<p>Le matin de la course, contrairement \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais stress\u00e9e : le fait de m&rsquo;\u00eatre fix\u00e9e un objectif de chrono et la peur de ne pas atteindre mon objectif n&rsquo;y \u00e9taient pas pour rien. D\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res foul\u00e9es, le plaisir de courir a pris la place de mes peurs et le suivi de mon rythme par le coach Fredo m&rsquo;a donn\u00e9 confiance en moi! Les 15 premiers kilom\u00e8tres \u00e9taient d\u00e9licieux&#8230; Au fil des kilom\u00e8tres, l&rsquo;atteinte de mon objectif se rapprochait, et mon \u00e9nergie s&rsquo;amplifiait. J&rsquo;ai eu un petit coup de mou au 15 \u00e8me kilom\u00e8tre, apr\u00e8s la rue de Charenton, et un autre coureur m&rsquo;a reboost\u00e9e lorsqu&rsquo;il est pass\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de moi en m&rsquo;encourageant \u00ab&nbsp;Allez ! Allez !&nbsp;\u00bb&#8230; <strong>C&rsquo;est \u00e7a aussi l&rsquo;esprit running !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 la m\u00e9t\u00e9o m\u00e9diocre et mes pieds tremp\u00e9s, les sensations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 agr\u00e9ables une bonne partie de la course.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono ?<\/h3>\n<p>En 2017, j&rsquo;ai fini le semi de Paris en 2h17&#8230; Cette ann\u00e9e mon objectif personnel \u00e9tait 2h15, <strong>FR m&rsquo;avait donn\u00e9 comme objectif 2h11 et j&rsquo;ai fini par le conclure en 2h07 !<\/strong> J&rsquo;ai donc gagn\u00e9 10 minutes !<\/p>\n<h3>8. Quel \u00e9tait ton planning (nombre de s\u00e9ances et de semaines) d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9marr\u00e9 ma pr\u00e9paration le 04\/12\/2017, soit trois mois avant la course, \u00e0 raison de deux sorties hebdomadaires. Quels sont tes prochains objectifs de course ?<\/h3>\n<p id=\"ox-58c6b167d7-divtagdefaultwrapper\" dir=\"ltr\">Mon prochain objectif de course c&rsquo;est moins d&rsquo;une heure aux&nbsp;10 km Paris Centre le 07\/10\/2018.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ox-58c6b167d7-divtagdefaultwrapper\" dir=\"ltr\">Je voudrais \u00e9galement courir le semi-marathon du bois de Vincennes le 21\/10\/2018 mais sans pour autant essayer de battre mon record personnel \u00e0 cette occasion l\u00e0. En revanche, pour le <strong>semi de Paris 2019<\/strong>, je mettrai toutes les chances de mon c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour faire mieux que cette ann\u00e9e, en esp\u00e9rant qu&rsquo;un beau soleil d&rsquo;hiver sera au rendez-vous !<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;J&rsquo;ai aim\u00e9 le fait que la pr\u00e9paration propos\u00e9e \u00e9tait adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisateur&#8230;&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3>10. Pourquoi as-tu choisi d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;appli FREQUENCE Running pour te pr\u00e9parer ?<\/h3>\n<p id=\"ox-58c6b167d7-divtagdefaultwrapper\" dir=\"ltr\">C&rsquo;est une coll\u00e8gue qui m&rsquo;a recommand\u00e9 l&rsquo;application et avant de la t\u00e9l\u00e9charger, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais sceptique. Pour pr\u00e9parer le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/plan-entrainement-semi-marathon.html\">semi-marathon<\/a><\/strong>, je voulais suivre le m\u00eame programme d&rsquo;entrainement que l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente et me fier \u00e0 mes sensations corporelles. J&rsquo;avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 essay\u00e9 deux applications de running et je ne voyais pas l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de renouveler l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience avec une troisi\u00e8me application.
