Vous avez pu faire quelques<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/comment-sentrainer-lorsquil-neige\/\"> s\u00e9ances en int\u00e9rieur<\/a><\/strong> ou \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/ski-de-fond-et-entrainement\/\"><strong>ski de fond<\/strong><\/a> pour remplacer l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement, mais votre dossard est pris. Pas moyen de reculer devant l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve \u00e0 venir. L&#8217;empilement de couche n&rsquo;est certainement pas la solution id\u00e9ale. Vous allez vite \u00e9touffer sous les \u00e9paisseurs et la transpiration accumul\u00e9e devient une bombe \u00e0 retardement. Faites le durer un peu plus longtemps que vos quelques minutes de rigueur. &nbsp;Couvrez vous bien pendant cette phase (veste, surv\u00eatement, gants chaud, etc.) et commencez vos 20mn d&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement, et ce 40mn avant le d\u00e9part. Vous aurez le temps de monter en temp\u00e9rature et pourrez ensuite tranquillement d\u00e9poser votre sac aux consignes ou \u00e0 un ami. Prenez le chemin du d\u00e9part d\u00e9barrass\u00e9 des couches inutiles.<\/p>\n<h3>Couvrez vous avec du \u00ab&nbsp;jetable&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h3>\n<p>Pour rester au chaud pendant les minutes restantes, la technique la plus classique est celle dite du \u00ab&nbsp;sac poubelle&nbsp;\u00bb. Au mieux vous avez gard\u00e9 un poncho plastique distribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e d&rsquo;une pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente course, au pire, c&rsquo;est le sac poubelle avec trois trous pour la t\u00eate et les bras. Un bon vieux sac 50 litres fait l&rsquo;affaire, un 100 litres pour les gros gabarits. <strong>Moche mais efficace<\/strong> \ud83d\ude09 L&rsquo;autre option est le vieux t-shirt du&nbsp;<em>semi de la route des vins, mill\u00e9sime 2005&#8230;<\/em>encore en coton. Oui c&rsquo;est le fameux qui traine au fond de votre penderie depuis 10 ans. Enfin une occasion de s&rsquo;en servir. Vous le jetterez juste avant le d\u00e9part dans les poubelles de l&rsquo;organisation ou le rendrez \u00e0 vos supporters qui vous accompagnent.<\/p>\n<p>Et la promiscuit\u00e9 dans le SAS de d\u00e9part vous gardera au chaud, ne vous inqui\u00e9tez pas de devoir passer 10mn en \u00e9tant un peu l\u00e9ger. Bien serr\u00e9 au milieu des concurrents et en sautillant de temps en temps, \u00e7a passe.<\/p>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9servez vos extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p>Sur la t\u00eate, r\u00e9servez le bonnet \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement. En course il est utile uniquement en cas de froid polaire bien en dessous de z\u00e9ro. Sinon <strong>un bandeau ou mieux un \u00ab&nbsp;buff&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong>, ce tour de cou remont\u00e9 sur les oreilles est le parfait accessoire de vos esgourdes. Au bout des doigts, une paire de gants mais l\u00e9gers. Apr\u00e8s un bon \u00e9chauffement et un d\u00e9part canon, vous serez heureux d&rsquo;\u00eatre l\u00e9ger.<\/p>\n<p>Et en haut, adoptez les manches longues mais attention \u00e0 ne pas trop vous habiller, vous risqueriez de le regretter. R\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez bien avant de prendre votre veste coupe-vent. Certains vont m\u00eame jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 garder un simple manche courte, agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 de manchette de v\u00e9lo, facile \u00e0 retirer en cas de r\u00e9chauffement.<\/p>\n<p>Vous l&rsquo;aurez compris, <strong>le jour J, on \u00e9vite de mettre trop de couches, tout en veillant \u00e0 bien se couvrir les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s<\/strong>. N&rsquo;oubliez pas que vous allez vous donner bien plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement.
