Ce qui est s\u00fbr, courir pieds nus ou en Five Fingers permet d\u2019avoir des sensations et une perception de son corps que l\u2019on n\u2019a pas avec des runnings, ce qui ne veut pas dire que les <strong>performances<\/strong> en course vont \u00eatre meilleures.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;Courir pieds nus permet d\u2019avoir des sensations et une perception de son corps que l\u2019on n\u2019a pas avec des runnings&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h2>\n<hr>\n<p>Pour amener de l\u2019eau au moulin des partisans, les kin\u00e9s et les ost\u00e9os nous font \u00ab&nbsp;travailler&nbsp;\u00bb toujours pieds nus pendant les soins et si on revient aux origines de \u00ab&nbsp;l\u2019homme debout&nbsp;\u00bb : le corps humain est pr\u00e9vu pour courir les pieds \u00e0 l\u2019air, la plante du pied touchant le sol en premier, suivi du talon et les orteils qui pour finir nous propulse, donnant une foul\u00e9e plus dynamique.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis une cinquantaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es les chaussures amortissantes que l\u2019on utilise ont chang\u00e9 la fa\u00e7on naturelle de courir. L\u2019impact au sol se fait maintenant&nbsp;<strong><em>(pour la plus grande majorit\u00e9 des coureurs<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>)<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e0 partir du talon, souvent sur l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur ce qui demande une sollicitation plus importante des articulations.<\/p>\n<h2>Si vous d\u00e9cidez de courir pieds nus&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>&#8230; Ou en Five Fingers, un temps d\u2019adaptation et une progression dans leur utilisation sera n\u00e9cessaire. Il faut en effet habituer votre corps \u00e0 cette nouvelle approche et ne pas opter pour un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/attention-aux-changements-dequipement-de-derniere-minu\/\">changement de derni\u00e8re minute<\/a><\/strong>.&nbsp;Imaginez que depuis toujours vous portiez des gants dans toutes vos t\u00e2ches quotidiennes, personnelles, professionnelles, sportives ou autres. Il faut un certain temps d\u2019adaptation, ce qui veut bien dire que la pose du pied est bien diff\u00e9rente.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Et pour finir l\u2019avis d\u2019une sp\u00e9cialiste, Sandra Sineux qui ne court que pieds nus ou en Five Fingers :<\/em><\/strong> \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Quand on court pieds nus, par rapport aux Five Fingers, la foul\u00e9e est plus fluide, l\u00e9g\u00e8re, souple et agr\u00e9able. En revanche si on court sans chaussures sur tous les <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/terrains-privilegier-courir\/\"><strong>terrains<\/strong><\/a>, il faut solliciter la \u00ab&nbsp;semelle naturelle&nbsp;\u00bb le plus possible en courant sur des surfaces rugueuse car le capiton disparait d\u00e8s qu&rsquo;on arr\u00eate.
