Mais pour \u00e7a, il faut regarder d&rsquo;un peu plus pr\u00e8s un d\u00e9fibrillateur&nbsp;automatis\u00e9 externe, un DAE ou DSA. Son installation dans les lieux publics se g\u00e9n\u00e9ralise, plus particuli\u00e8rement dans les enceintes sportives comme les stades d&rsquo;athl\u00e9tisme. Cependant si cet appareil est simple d\u2019utilisation, dans la pr\u00e9cipitation et dans la panique face \u00e0 une situation d\u2019urgence, aurions-nous les bons gestes&nbsp;?<\/p>\n<h3>Ne rien faire est pire que de mal faire<\/h3>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates confront\u00e9s, un jour, \u00e0 la situation d\u2019un arr\u00eat cardio-vasculaire&nbsp;<em>(une personne est en arr\u00eat cardio-vasculaire quand elle est inanim\u00e9e et qu\u2019elle ne respire plus)<\/em>, <strong>le premier r\u00e9flexe est de composer le 15 ou le 112 pour pr\u00e9venir les secours<\/strong>. Ensuite, engagez une r\u00e9animation cardio-pulmonaire&nbsp;<em>(lib\u00e9ration des voies a\u00e9riennes sup\u00e9rieures, ventilation artificielle, massage cardiaque<\/em><em>)<\/em>&nbsp;pour r\u00e9tablir l\u2019activit\u00e9 du c\u0153ur et l\u2019oxyg\u00e9nation des organes en attendant le d\u00e9fibrillateur.&nbsp;La personne ne r\u00e9agit pas&nbsp;? Ne respire pas normalement&nbsp;? Si un DAE est \u00e0 votre disposition, emparez vous du mat\u00e9riel ou demandez \u00e0 un t\u00e9moin de vous l&rsquo;apporter.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Que faire ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Poursuivez la r\u00e9animation cardio-pulmonaire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e du DAE par le t\u00e9moin.<\/li>\n<li>Mettez le DAE en fonctionnement et suivez les instructions de l\u2019appareil.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9nudez la poitrine de la victime et placez les \u00e9lectrodes selon les &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Assurez-vous que personne ne touche la victime pendant la prise du rythme cardiaque par l&rsquo;appareil<\/li>\n<li>Suivez les instructions vocales ou textuelles de l&rsquo;appareil comme indiqu\u00e9 dans la suite, avant de reprendre une r\u00e9animation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/w0NmSlHk2J0?start=32\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3><strong><u>Si un choc \u00e9lectrique doit \u00eatre administr\u00e9&nbsp;:<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assurez-vous que personne ne touche la victime. Le DAE administrera le choc sans votre intervention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><u>Si le DAE vous invite \u00e0 reprendre les compressions thoraciques&nbsp;:<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Alternez 30 compressions et 2 insufflations.<\/li>\n<li>Continuez la r\u00e9animation jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e des secours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><u>Si la victime reprend connaissance&nbsp;:<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; N\u2019\u00e9teignez-pas le DAE et laissez les \u00e9lectrodes en place, tout en mettant la victime en position lat\u00e9rale de s\u00e9curit\u00e9&nbsp;<strong><em>(sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9, t\u00eate en arri\u00e8re, jambe du dessus pli\u00e9e \u00e0 angle droit par apport \u00e0 la hanche)<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis sa large diffusion, <strong>cet \u00e9quipement &nbsp;a permis d&rsquo;augmenter le taux de survie suite \u00e0 un arr\u00eat&nbsp;cardiaque. Il est&nbsp;accessible au&nbsp;grand public dans la plupart des stades et \u00e9quipements publics, <\/strong>donc si la situation se pr\u00e9sente n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0
