Le but est de rendre l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement accessible \u00e0 un maximum de personnes, sur une distance acceuillante.&nbsp;<span class=\"st\">\u00c0<\/span> Carquefou, il y a beaucoup d&rsquo;espaces verts, on passe sous des petits ponts, pr\u00e8s des bords de l&rsquo;Erdre, etc. Le parcours est relativement facile d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s, il y a moins l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de performance que sur un 10km.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h1>\u00ab Je suis passionn\u00e9 par les gens que j\u2019entra\u00eene, par ce que \u00e7a leur apporte. \u00bb<\/h1>\n<hr>\n<div id=\"attachment_4268\" style=\"width: ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai int\u00e9gr\u00e9 un club d&rsquo;athl\u00e9tisme assez jeune, en 1993. Depuis, j&rsquo;ai toujours eu une licence. Avoir des r\u00e9sultats assez facilement, rapidement, \u00e7a motive ! Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je suis moins sur la performance mais courir est toujours un plaisir. <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/category\/succes-stories\/\"><strong>Je suis passionn\u00e9 par les gens que j&rsquo;entra\u00eene<\/strong><\/a>, par ce que \u00e7a leur apporte. J&rsquo;aime bien aussi suivre l&rsquo;athl\u00e9tisme en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral (actualit\u00e9s, etc.), ne pas que pratiquer. Enfin, je travaille au service des sports de la Chapelle-sur-Erdre. Que l&rsquo;on soit d\u00e9butant ou athl\u00e8te de haut niveau. Beaucoup de coureurs vont se mettre la pression, \u00e0 tort : peu dormir la veille, \u00eatre trop conscient de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement&#8230; C&rsquo;est compr\u00e9hensible quand, par exemple, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/preparer-ptit-dej-footing\/\">on a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pendant plusieurs mois un marathon<\/a><\/strong>. Mais il faut se dire qu&rsquo;on va passer un bon moment, prendre du plaisir, du recul.
