Les conditions et l&rsquo;environnement sont tout de m\u00eame hostiles : routes pentues, aux bas-c\u00f4t\u00e9 encombr\u00e9s de cong\u00e8res, trottoirs glissants dans les villages ou encore chemins enneig\u00e9s dans un froid piquant. C&rsquo;est rarement l&rsquo;occasion r\u00eav\u00e9e de faire un fractionn\u00e9 ! Nous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9voqu\u00e9 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/comment-sentrainer-lorsquil-neige\/\">l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement en int\u00e9rieur<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;pour remplacer le running ou encore l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement pour <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/top-5-des-conseils-pour-courir-la-nuit\/\">courir de nuit<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;pour rester en s\u00e9curit\u00e9. L&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 se rapproche beaucoup de la course \u00e0 pied. Une bonne condition physique est n\u00e9cessaire, mais la technique est primordiale pour glisser. Il est recommand\u00e9 aux n\u00e9ophytes de passer par la case \u00ab&nbsp;moniteur&nbsp;\u00bb pour apprendre les bases.
