Quel type de coureuse es-tu ?<\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9but\u00e9 la course \u00e0 pied l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 dernier. Moi qui d\u00e9testait cela auparavant ! Un ami me l\u2019a conseill\u00e9e pour <strong>me lib\u00e9rer la t\u00eate et le corps<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Quand je veux, quand je peux sans aucune autre contrainte que la dispo. Je cours 2 \u00e0 3 fois par semaine.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;habitude de courir uniquement le matin&#8230; Pass\u00e9 midi je n\u2019y arrive plus !!<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;Un ami me l\u2019a conseill\u00e9e pour <strong> me lib\u00e9rer la t\u00eate et le corps&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3>2. Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9e \u00e0 courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>J\u2019\u00e9tais plut\u00f4t stress\u00e9e, speed&#8230; avec beaucoup de tensions et une \u00e9nergie \u00e0 revendre ! (J\u2019ai des tripl\u00e9s de 3 ans et une a\u00een\u00e9e de 5 ans).<\/p>\n<h3>3. Aur\u00e9lie, comment vis-tu tes pr\u00e9parations avec l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je d\u00e9bute alors je ne ma\u00eetrise pas toujours&#8230; <strong>Mais les membres de FREQUENCE Running m\u2019ont aid\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9buter !<\/strong> J\u2019essaie de suivre au mieux les <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/contenu-plan\/\">entra\u00eenements<\/a><\/strong> pr\u00e9conis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Quelle \u00e9tait ta derni\u00e8re course ? Quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tes sensations ?<\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai fait les Foul\u00e9es Charentonnaises le 11 F\u00e9vrier dernier. Les sensations \u00e9taient excellentes ! Bien mieux que sur ma premi\u00e8re comp\u00e9tition en janvier dernier qui \u00e9tait un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.frequence-running.com\/plan-entrainement-10km.html\"><strong>10km<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Mon objectif \u00e9tait 1h29<\/strong>&nbsp;(j\u2019avais le dossard 1290!)&#8230; Plus sinc\u00e8rement je souhaitais \u00eatre sous les 1h30 et si possible le plus proche de 1h20. <strong>Finalement, je termine la course en 1 heure et 19 minutes ! Quel \u00e9tait ton planning (nombre de s\u00e9ances et de semaines) d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/h3>\n<p>J\u2019ai d\u00e9but\u00e9 avec la version <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.frequence-running.com\/premium.html\">Premium<\/a><\/strong> il y a 3\/4 semaines avec un rythme de 3 s\u00e9ances par semaine. Soit 2 fractionn\u00e9s et 1 EF soit l\u2019inverse.<\/p>\n<h3>8. Quels sont tes prochains objectifs de course ?<\/h3>\n<p>Le <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/5-secrets-pour-reussir-le-semi-marathon-de-paris\/\">semi-marathon de paris<\/a><\/strong> du dimanche 4 mars. Et je vise de terminer ces 21Km en moins de 2h00 !<\/p>\n<h3>9. Pourquoi as-tu choisi d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;appli FREQUENCE Running pour te pr\u00e9parer ?<\/h3>\n<p>Elle m\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 conseill\u00e9e par un ami <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/577051509352859\/\">runner<\/a><\/strong> qui en \u00e9tait content !&nbsp;J\u2019avais pris une autre application au hasard. Elle me convenait mais il me manquait des param\u00e8tres. Je suis ensuite pass\u00e9e sur FREQUENCE Running. D\u2019abord en mode gratuit puis j\u2019avais besoin d\u2019un entra\u00eenement pour me pr\u00e9parer au semi-marathon de Paris.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de passer \u00e0 la version Premium rendant l&rsquo;appli plus ludique, plaisante et stimulante !&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3>10.
