Des journalistes<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lemonde.fr\/les-decodeurs\/article\/2016\/10\/12\/qualite-nutritive-des-aliments-des-inquietudes-et-des-exagerations_5012617_4355770.html\"> du Monde <\/a><\/strong>en parlaient l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re : <strong><span class=\"st\">\u00ab<\/span> les \u00e9tudes sur le sujet indiquent que la concentration de certains nutriments importants a tendance \u00e0 baisser \u00bb<\/strong>, mais pas autant qu&rsquo;on peut l&rsquo;entendre.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/creme-budwig\/\"><strong>Manger bio c&rsquo;est important<\/strong><\/a>, notamment pour l&rsquo;environnement, mais \u00e7a ne fait pas tout !<\/p>\n<h2>3. Alors oui, foncer t\u00eate baiss\u00e9e au magasin bio du coin, \u00e7a peut faire peur pour le porte-feuille. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/LgClKtDf3Qk\">Mais des astuces pour mieux manger<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;sans trop d\u00e9penser, il y en a plein ! Regarder les prix au kilo, acheter local, cuisiner ses plats, ne pas c\u00e9der au marketing, bien conserver ses aliments, r\u00e9duire la viande&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates \u00e9tudiant ou que vous avez un tr\u00e8s petit budget, on le conc\u00e8de : bien manger c&rsquo;est tout de m\u00eame compliqu\u00e9. Il faut manger beaucoup avant une course<\/h2>\n<p>Beaucoup de coureurs font l\u2019erreur de trop manger avant une course par peur de manquer d\u2019\u00e9nergie.&nbsp;Cependant, lors d\u2019un effort intense, le sang est envoy\u00e9 en priorit\u00e9 vers vos muscles, laissant moins d\u2019\u00e9nergie pour la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/troubles-digestifs-comment-les-eviter\/\">digestion<\/a><\/strong>. L&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre, c&rsquo;est la clef !<\/p>\n<p>Il est recommand\u00e9 de manger <a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/preparer-ptit-dej-footing\/\"><strong>3 \u00e0 4 heures avant votre course<\/strong><\/a> et d\u2019\u00e9viter les aliments difficiles \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer (fibres, l\u00e9gumes secs, plats trop gras&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Quand au repas de veille de course, ne faites pas d&rsquo;abus, sous peine d&rsquo;avoir du mal \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer. La quantit\u00e9 de f\u00e9culents (de p\u00e2tes par exemple) doit rester raisonnable, comme lors d&rsquo;un repas classique.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Un r\u00e9gime d\u00e9tox est parfois utile<\/h2>\n<p>Vous sortez des p\u00e9riodes de f\u00eates (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/la-coupure-hivernale\/\">coupure hivernale<\/a><\/strong> oblige) et vous courez bient\u00f4t un marathon ? Certains vous conseilleront un <strong><span class=\"st\">\u00ab<\/span> <\/strong>r\u00e9gime d\u00e9tox \u00bb: drainer des substances soi-disant malsaines pour votre corps. Mais aucune \u00e9tude s\u00e9rieuse n&rsquo;a aujourd&rsquo;hui permis d&rsquo;y voir un int\u00e9r\u00eat th\u00e9rapeutique&#8230; Mieux vaut boire de l&rsquo;eau, se reposer et manger \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;autres \u00e9tudes, d\u00e9taill\u00e9es dans&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=g-PF8mOh6r8\">l&rsquo;\u00e9mission <em>All\u00f4 Docteurs<\/em><\/a><\/strong>, expliquent m\u00eame que <strong><span class=\"st\">\u00ab<\/span> la d\u00e9tox n&rsquo;est pas plausible d&rsquo;un point de vue biologique \u00bb<\/strong>.
