Eh bien vous l&rsquo;avez cette fois-ci \ud83d\ude42 Commencez toujours par 10mn <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/echauffement\/\">\u00e9chauffement<\/a><\/strong> dans votre salon, \u00e0 base de sautillements sur place, talons-fesses, mont\u00e9es de genoux, jumping-jack et de quelques squats.<\/p>\n<p><iframe class=\"giphy-embed\" src=\"https:\/\/giphy.com\/embed\/gWNr07kKBUM3S\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" width=\"480\" height=\"318\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Prenez place sur votre tapis et c&rsquo;est parti pour 20 \u00e0 30 minutes d&rsquo;\u00e9tirement des cha\u00eenes musculaires des jambes, du dos,&#8230;en faisant plusieurs s\u00e9ries de 20 \u00e0 40 secondes par position.&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/etirements-benefiques-course-a-pied\/\">Attention n\u00e9anmoins si vous ne connaissez pas bien les positions<\/a><\/strong>, demandez conseil \u00e0 un pro.<\/p>\n<h3>Un circuit training dans mon salon<\/h3>\n<p>Vous avez bien une chaise, un mur et un tapis chez vous ? Alors, hop, c&rsquo;est parti, <strong>circuit training<\/strong> ! Pas besoin d&rsquo;\u00e9quipement, juste un short, un t-shirt et une bouteille d&rsquo;eau car vous allez suer, croyez-nous !<\/p>\n<p>Comme le stretching, on commence par&nbsp;10mn d&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement sur place pour faire monter la temp\u00e9rature.
