J&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 courir en 2014 avec une amie, sans raison particuli\u00e8re et sans trop de r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 non plus !<\/p>\n<p>Puis on a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 notre premi\u00e8re course officielle et \u00e7a a \u00e9t\u00e9 le coup de c\u0153ur. L&rsquo;ambiance, le challenge, j&rsquo;ai ador\u00e9 ! Je suis tomb\u00e9e enceinte en 2015 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/running-grossesse-course-a-pied\/\">et m\u00eame si j&rsquo;ai couru jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 6 mois de grossesse<\/a><\/strong>, la course \u00e0 pied m&rsquo;a beaucoup manqu\u00e9 pendant cette p\u00e9riode.<\/p>\n<p>Alors en 2016, apr\u00e8s la naissance de ma fille, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/reprise-course-a-pied-accouchement\/\">je me suis mise \u00e0 courir plusieurs fois par semaine (2-3 fois)<\/a><\/strong>, d&rsquo;abord <strong>pour retrouver la ligne et en tant que jeune maman, pour avoir un moment \u00e0 moi<\/strong> ! Puis je me suis prise au jeu et j&rsquo;ai eu envie d&rsquo;augmenter les distances et am\u00e9liorer ma vitesse.<\/p>\n<h3>Quelle est la raison qui t&rsquo;a motiv\u00e9e a courir un semi-marathon ?&nbsp;Pour info, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait quel semi ?<i><br>\n<\/i><\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 couru plusieurs semi-marathon en solo et en mars 2017, mon premier en course officiel que j&rsquo;avais ador\u00e9. <strong>J&rsquo;avais envie de retenter l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience mais cette fois-ci avec l&rsquo;objectif de battre mon record personnel<\/strong> avec une vraie pr\u00e9paration. Je me suis donc inscrite au <strong>semi de Toulouse<\/strong> en octobre dernier car la pr\u00e9pa avait lieu pendant l&rsquo;automne.&nbsp;Venant de l&rsquo;ouest, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait aussi l&rsquo;occasion pour moi de passer un week-end chez des amis dans la ville rose !<\/p>\n<h3>O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir&nbsp; ?<\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai la chance d&rsquo;habiter dans une r\u00e9gion viticole, mon terrain de jeu favori, ce sont les vignes et les coteaux ! Plus globalement, <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/terrains-privilegier-courir\/\"><strong>j&rsquo;aime courir \u00e0 la campagne<\/strong><\/a> : en for\u00eat, au bord de l&rsquo;eau&#8230;<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00ab&nbsp;J&rsquo;ai aim\u00e9 la rigueur impos\u00e9e par une pr\u00e9paration semi et la diversit\u00e9 des s\u00e9ances&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3>Chlo\u00e9, comment as-tu&nbsp;v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9paration avec l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n<p>Tr\u00e8s bien ! J&rsquo;en parle dans un article que j&rsquo;ai post\u00e9 sur mon blog <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/klorun.wordpress.com\/2017\/12\/04\/jai-teste-suivre-une-preparation-semi-marathon\/\">ici.<\/a><\/strong><br>\nJ&rsquo;ai aim\u00e9 la rigueur impos\u00e9e par une pr\u00e9paration semi et la diversit\u00e9 des s\u00e9ances, avec de l&rsquo;alternance entre sorties en EF et s\u00e9ances de fractionn\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Et le fait d&rsquo;avoir un objectif est un vrai plus<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/top-10-citations-pour-courir\/\">niveau motivation<\/a><\/strong> car cela n&rsquo;a pas toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 facile de d\u00e9gager du temps pour r\u00e9aliser les s\u00e9ances !<\/p>\n<h3>Quelles \u00e9taient tes sensations pendant la course ?<\/h3>\n<p>Ma course a \u00e9t\u00e9 assez catastrophique ! Non, \u00e9videmment, d\u00fb \u00e0 un manque d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement, mais \u00e0 cause d&rsquo;un d\u00e9part rat\u00e9 ! Je ne pensais pas que \u00e7a m&rsquo;arriverait un jour ! J&rsquo;en rigole aujourd&rsquo;hui mais pas sur le moment !<\/p>\n<p>Du fait de ce d\u00e9part rat\u00e9, je suis partie beaucoup trop vite et au bout de 10 km, je n&rsquo;avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus de jus ! J&rsquo;ai donc subi toute la deuxi\u00e8me partie de course et m\u00eame si <strong>j&rsquo;ai battu mon record personnel<\/strong>, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9\u00e7ue ! Mais vous l&rsquo;aurez compris, je veux aussi prendre ma revanche sur ce semi rat\u00e9 et je compte bien tout faire pour passer sous les 1h55 !<\/p>\n<h3>Pourquoi as-tu choisis d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;appli FREQUENCE Running&nbsp;pour te pr\u00e9parer&nbsp;?<\/h3>\n<p>Pour ce semi, j&rsquo;avais envie de suivre une vraie pr\u00e9paration et j&rsquo;avais entendu parler de cette appli sur<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/frequencerunning\/\">Instagram<\/a><\/strong>.
