Nous avons les conseils qu&rsquo;ils vous faut !<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Trois questions \u00e0&#8230;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Mathieu Brulet<\/strong>, qui a termin\u00e9 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re 2e au 10km des M\u00e9tropolitaines de Saint-Gr\u00e9goire (en 30&rsquo;26&rsquo;). Je vais donc m&rsquo;entra\u00eener environ 7 fois par semaine (<em>NDLR:<\/em> pour un athl\u00e8te, c&rsquo;est normal !). Il n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas n\u00e9cessairement compliqu\u00e9 auparavant, mais il y avait des passages difficiles. Ils ont raison, \u00e7a va permettre de meilleurs chronos ! J&rsquo;aime beaucoup la Bretagne pour \u00e7a, ils s&rsquo;y connaissent en course \u00e0 pied. En plus, c&rsquo;est un des meilleur public fran\u00e7ais !<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tes conseils pour g\u00e9rer au mieux sa course ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Outre l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement, il est n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;avoir <a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/maintenir-condition-physique\/\"><strong>une bonne hygi\u00e8ne de vie<\/strong><\/a> (<a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/sommeil-et-running\/\"><strong>sommeil<\/strong><\/a>, alimentation, etc.). Ensuite, c&rsquo;est important <a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/echauffement\/\"><strong>de bien s&rsquo;\u00e9chauffer<\/strong><\/a>, surtout que nous sommes en <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/courir-dans-le-froid-2\/\">hiver<\/a><\/strong>. Il faut \u00e9viter de partir vite au d\u00e9part, g\u00e9rer son allure pour ne pas se griller.
