Suite \u00e0 une<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/damien-record-marathon-de-paris\/\">grosse entorse<\/a><\/strong> \u00e0 la cheville, le m\u00e9decin du sport qui me suivait m\u2019a conseill\u00e9 de courir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/top-5-erreurs-entrainement-course-a-pied\/\">r\u00e9\u00e9duquer et re-muscler ma cheville<\/a><\/strong>. J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 par un jogging tous les dimanches matin.<\/p>\n<p>En 2016 je m\u2019inscris sur le trail du Vignoble \u00ab&nbsp;la nocturne&nbsp;\u00bb (22km). Pour pr\u00e9parer ce challenge je passe de 1 \u00e0 2 sorties running par semaine et je deviens accro. Plus tard dans l\u2019ann\u00e9e, lors d\u2019un ap\u00e9ro entre copains, <strong>on se lance le d\u00e9fi fou de faire le marathon de Paris en 2017<\/strong>. Le 9 avril 2017 c\u2019est chose faite, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/temoignage-dantonin-ca-y-suis-marathonien-3h23\/\">je suis heureuse d\u2019\u00eatre marathonienne et d\u2019avoir fini mon premier marathon<\/a><\/strong>. Mais, comp\u00e9titrice dans l\u2019\u00e2me, je suis d\u00e9\u00e7ue de mon temps : 4h21. J\u2019avais suivi un plan d\u2019entrainement pour le faire en 4h (sans FREQUENCE Running) :(.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne veux pas rester sur cette d\u00e9ception et je d\u00e9cide de m\u2019inscrire sur un semi-marathon, mais cette fois je me mets un objectif temps. Aujourd\u2019hui je cours r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, 2 \u00e0 3 sorties par semaine (en fonction de mon emploi du temps), 4 lorsque je pr\u00e9pare un objectif running.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00ab&nbsp;Lors d\u2019un ap\u00e9ro entre copains, on se lance le d\u00e9fi fou de faire le marathon de Paris en 2017&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3>Quelle est la raison t&rsquo;ayant motiv\u00e9 a courir un semi-marathon&nbsp;?<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c0 part le semi que j\u2019avais couru pour ma pr\u00e9paration au <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/top-5-des-marathons-en-france\/\">Marathon de Paris<\/a><\/strong>, je ne m\u2019\u00e9tais jamais engag\u00e9e sur un objectif semi-marathon, et je souhaitais prendre ma revanche chrono par rapport au Marathon de Paris. J\u2019ai choisi de faire le<strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marathonducognac.net\/\">Semi-Marathon du Cognac<\/a><\/strong>, le 11 novembre dernier, le jour de mon anniversaire. <strong>Je voulais m\u2019offrir un record personnel. <\/strong>\ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<h3>O\u00f9 aimes-tu courir ?<\/h3>\n<p>J\u2019adore courir en pleine nature. \u00c0 Nantes mon terrain de jeu favori reste <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tourisme-loireatlantique.com\/bords-de-lerdre-coin-de-nature-ville\/\">les bords de l\u2019Erdre<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Am\u00e9lie, comment as-tu v\u00e9cu ta pr\u00e9paration avec l&rsquo;application FREQUENCE Running ?<\/h3>\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration \u00e9tait adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 mon emploi du temps professionnel et \u00e0 mon objectif. Il y a eu des moments &nbsp;plus difficiles que d&rsquo;autres, surtout \u00e0 la fin o\u00f9 le volume d\u2019entrainement devient plus soutenu. Mais globalement <strong>les s\u00e9ances sont bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es<\/strong>. Les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9o n\u2019\u00e9taient pas au top et le parcours pas vraiment roulant. Jusqu\u2019au 11\u00e8me km tout allait bien, mes temps de passage \u00e9taient bons. La deuxi\u00e8me partie a \u00e9t\u00e9 plus compliqu\u00e9e, le terrain vallonn\u00e9 et quelques passages dans des chemins en terre pas agr\u00e9ables m\u2019ont fait puiser dans mes r\u00e9serves. Je savais que ce serait compromis pour 1h42, mais encourag\u00e9e par mon compagnon, je me suis battue jusqu\u2019au bout pour passer en dessous de 1h45.<\/p>\n<p>Et \u00e7a l\u2019a fait : <strong>1h44mn18s<\/strong> !<\/p>\n<h3>Quel \u00e9tait ton objectif de chrono ?<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019objectif challenge \u00e9tait 1h42 et l\u2019objectif prudent \u00e9tait 1h44.<br>\n<strong>Pour moi l\u2019objectif est totalement rempli !<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Quel \u00e9tait ton planning (nombre de s\u00e9ance et de semaines) d\u2019entra\u00eenement ?<\/h3>\n<p>Le semi avait lieu le 11\/11, en septembre je faisais 3 <a href=\"https:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/contenu-plan\/\">sorties par semaines<\/a>&nbsp;puis 4 en octobre\/novembre.<\/p>\n<h3>Quels sont tes nouveaux objectifs de course pour cette saison ?<\/h3>\n<p>Actuellement je pr\u00e9pare le trail du vignoble Nantais (nocturne 21km) qui \u00e0 lieu fin f\u00e9vrier. &nbsp;Pour ma deuxi\u00e8me participation \u00e0 ce trail, j\u2019esp\u00e8re am\u00e9liorer mon chrono, mais la priorit\u00e9 reste de m\u2019amuser. J\u2019aimerai aussi m\u2019am\u00e9liorer sur un semi marathon, mais je ne sais pas encore lequel, par contre je sais que<strong> ce sera de nouveau avec <a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/frequence-running-le-test-complet\/\">FREQUENCE Running<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Pourquoi as-tu choisis d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;appli FREQUENCE Running pour te pr\u00e9parer ?<\/h3>\n<p>C\u2019est mon compagnon <a href=\"http:\/\/frequence-running.com\/blog\/marathon-de-paris-avec-application-frequence-running\/\"><strong>Julien<\/strong><\/a> qui m\u2019a conseill\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser FREQUENCE Running (Il a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 le Marathon de Paris avec l\u2019application, il avait un objectif de moins de 3h qu\u2019il a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 (2h59mn).
